Is there a date as far as when it's voted on? The bill has already passed the state House, and is currently in the state Senate. To make a long story short, the bill is moving quickly. The bill must pass only one Senate committee before heading to the Senate floor for a vote.

These bills appear as though they are part of a national effort. N.C. and Cali must be two of the guinea pigs.
