1  Other / Beginners & Help / SolidCoin/Alternate Cryptocurrencies? on: February 15, 2012, 12:42:10 AM
Can anyone explain to me why this alternate cryptocurrency (SolidCoin) is considered scam by the majority in here?
Also, what is the best alternative to BitCoin? It seems to me LiteCoin is going fine.. Is there any other alternative alive right now?

I'm guessing there's a number of people whose approach to bitcoins is minimal: those without hardware for mining nor money for investing.
There is as well a number of ways out there to get small fractions of bitcoins which by themselves are useless.
I'm proposing a team of such low-level owners to gather fundings with the purpose of gambling them, so this fractions can be of some bigger use.

As for the specific, we should of course found some way to prevent anyone from this "party" to fuck up the others. I'm thinking of some web wallet with common user and psw? Trust is of course essential and I myself might back off from this if I don't get a good feeling from the proposers Tongue
4  Other / Beginners & Help / What do you think of Poker Bitcoin? on: February 08, 2012, 11:31:32 PM
I understand there are a couple of places where poker is based on bitcoins.. I don't know if it's allowed to link them or not, I noticed one or two that seems reliable and if the case I will. Anyway I was just wandering if someone plays that way and what are your opinions.

Hi everybody Smiley I'm Luke and I've been looking up Bitcoins since quite a time. I'm not planning to become a pro considering my low hardware disponibilities but still I found the project very interesting and wanna keep myself updated on its developement.
