I'm guessing there's a number of people whose approach to bitcoins is minimal: those without hardware for mining nor money for investing.
There is as well a number of ways out there to get small fractions of bitcoins which by themselves are useless.
I'm proposing a team of such low-level owners to gather fundings with the purpose of gambling them, so this fractions can be of some bigger use.

As for the specific, we should of course found some way to prevent anyone from this "party" to fuck up the others. I'm thinking of some web wallet with common user and psw? Trust is of course essential and I myself might back off from this if I don't get a good feeling from the proposers Tongue
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

Sounds possibly a good idea but you'd have to be very careful.  You could always invest your combined Bitcoins on a mining company on GLBSE https://glbse.com/.  You can buy shares in mining company's that pay a weekly dividend for as little as 0.3BTC and less.

A mini Bitcoin stock market, how cute.  I wonder how safe/trustworthy this really is, I'll have to check out the forum.

No they are lots of good company's on GLBSE see my blog - GLBSe Bitcoin Market Watch http://glbse.blogspot.com/ A blog dedicated to watching the GLBSE Bitcoin Stock market and general Bitcoin investment - for ideas.  You can buy shares for 0.1BTC and up that pay weekly dividends.
