To the OP, what's the location within Udon Thani. Gated community sounds great, any amenities in that community? Club house, gym, pool, lounge area, etc. Great, great light in each of the rooms. What about storage - can we get a pic of the garage? Do you accept the almighty BTC for payment? Thanks. And to the poster below - stop spamming this thread! How much did you get paid for this post? It was obvious the people you're calling out were joking about the price amount and the notation of the number. Calm down. The hell you guys talking about? He said 140.000. See the three zeros at the end? They are using "."/periods and not ","/commas to separate their digits. How do you guys think $140 would buy a house?
Regards the price, it is reasonable if it is placed on a nice location or subdivision. If not, it's not worth it. Especially if it's far from where ever we need to be. However, I don't think you would be able to get a buyer here.
Hello, the house is located in the Udon Thani, Nong Bua district. The inner city is reachable by car withing 5-10 minutes. Water Parks, Supercenters with western food is a withing 5min by car. It is located a huge water reservoir with bicycle track, big playground for children. Here is a google maps link location. There is no gym or pool inside the gated community but as mentioned a huge cycle or walking track direct in front of the community and waterpark withing withing 5 minutes by car. There is no closed garage. As you can see on one of the photos there is enough space at the right side of the house to park a small car under the house but I would highly suggest to build small roof for better protection. I bought this place 2013 as an investment. I neve rlived there myself. Did someone get verified to get high withdrawal limits? I stuck with "basic" verification already more then a month. Bit-X support told me 3 weeks ago their bank have to approve me. Last e-mail of me a few days ago is still unanswered.

I just don't understand why he bothered to actually send a letter possibly revealing the post office from where he sent the letter. If it has cameras police might be able to recognize his face... If it has outside cameras they might see his car... If he paid with credit/debit card (long shot but it would be ironic )... Report it to the police. How did you pay? I paid with Skrill. I explain you why he actualy send something. He send the letter and before it arrived he told me that he couldnt sell his other card and he wanted to give me the special offer and give me the second card just for 150EUR more. I did not accept and started to feel very fishy after he asked me that. He also intentionally did not write my street number. So the letter did not arrived. I had to go to local Post Office. |
