temporary solution of sync problem:
1. go to C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\NeuroCoin
2. backup wallet.dat
3. make NeuroCoin folder empty (delete all files and folders in NeuroCoin folder)
4. download this neurocoin.conf file
5. copy neurocoin.conf and your wallet.dat in to NeuroCoin folder
6. run neurocoin wallet
7. after this steps you will get only 1 connection to fixed node with right blockchain and sync will be ok

just delete NeuroCoin folder (DON'T FORGET BACKUP wallet.dat)

adding node to neurocoin.conf not needed

1. backup wallet.dat
2. delete directory C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\NeuroCoin
3. download new wallet
4. run and wait to sync
5. close after sync
6. copy wallet.dat to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\NeuroCoin
7. run again

may be your firewall blocking connections
strange

try this:
1. backup your wallet.dat
2. remove NeuroCoin directory from C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming
3. redownload wallet again
4. run without creating neurocoin.conf

before you add addnode to conf file all was fine with connections?
