Honestly, I ran TheGrandBitcoin with an investment of $30 and rolled more than 250 BTC in 5 days only, and of course I didn't spend any money in advertising, translations etc. Pretty lucky I would say loool
I gues if we would add something like "we are a professional team of arbitrage traders, who don't know what to do with their btc. And we will double your bitcoins guranteed in 100 hours... and so on" Probalby, we would role thousends of bitcoins now. But our intention was not to collect as many coins as possible, it was more to implement a long term doubler, that is honest from the beginning about the operation system. Btw 30$ wont even cover the server. |

RULES 8. All deposits are used as donation to the previous users, for promotional purpose and to cover costs to run the program. Deposited amounts are multiplied after 100 hours and paid back to the provided payout address. But only if there is enough balance to cover your payout. Your math is wrong. Total deposit was around 230 btc, 200+ were paid as usual payout and referral comission. Some were lost due to the doublespend, some were used to cover the costs, and some were used to pay advertising on several pages, for the giveaway, for translation, and so on. The rest is distributed amon the unpaid users. Do you think one collect 230 bitcoins by just seting up a page and thats it? There was a lot of bitcoins pumped into advertising. I know it takes money to run a website, and the promotional costs... but in total you probably paid 2 btc for all the costs combined. You lost around 14 btc due to a faulty system. and still you should have around 14-12 btc left. As for right now what I've seen you've only paid .75 btc ... Look I'm not trying to heckle you or anything, but I won't be using or promoting your services again... especially due to the fact that you lost 14 btc in a matter of an hour or two. We have not paid everyone in one single transaction. that 0.75 btc you see, is only one transaction out of many. everyone who had more than 0.1 btc was already paid, or will be paid his 4%. And that is way more than 0.75 |

Hahaha... he isn't going to be honest any more, this is when the real side of HD comes out. He probably won't pay out at all, there still hasn't been any claim yet that he's actually decided to go through with this.
are you sure about that? probably you should check the page, 100+ already are paid their 4% May i say 2 things to this? If you make a doubler in the future change 2 things to keep alive longer. Cause i do think we all can make a profit if this done better. First: Lower the refferel to between 5 and 1 % or 0 cause why would you spent more money to shit if we can use this money more wiss. Second: A max invest of 2%, the high better are killings this kind of HYIP. Both adjustment will keep it run longer it's removes the greedy out of the system in a big way. Good luck if you start a new poject. That simply isn't true... you are paying out people under .1btc, which I guess is good for me, but that isn't the point. You have in total paid around 40 people so far, anyone above .1btc and below .1btc ... plus the fact that you're paying 4% the total of all of that you have in total paid .75 btc ... which the total profit before the site crashed was around like 30 btc or so. So excuse me if I'm not so impressed that he's giving out 4% of people's money back... I know it's not very usual that he's returning some of the money at all to people who invested on a ponzi, but in total he is profiting ALOT of bitcoin... I'm just saying. are you sure about that? probably you should check the page, 100+ already are paid their 4% i checked the page and admin is really saying the truth, he will return 4% of the unpaid investments and i was waiting for my turn  at least i will get 0.002 btc from my 0.05 btc deposit, still better than nothing As mentioned before, only deposits higher then 0.1 btc will be considered in the payback. GAME OVER
Dear HonestDoubler Participants.
The project "HonestDoubler" has come to an end.
The reasons are:
1) Our automated payment API is broken, we will need a lot of time to fix that.
2) Our balance almost hit zero.
Regarding to our rules, we are only able to process payouts, if there is enough balance. Since our API is broken, payouts are only possible with a huge delay and there is still a risk of doublespend. Under that circumstances, further operating is not possible, we can not accept further deposits => Our balance will hit zero as soon as we start manual payout.
So we decided to stop operating, and distribute the leftovers among all unpaid deposits beyond 0.1 btc.
You all were aware of the game and risk, you all were well informed that payout is only possible if there is enough balance which is generated by new deposits only. You all knew that there is no guarantee of payment! Do not blame the highrollers, or anyone else for your losses, because you are the only one who decided to take the risk, and deposit!

It's too late  You shouldn't accept deposits when the "error" started , we have to post here the question multiple times just for you to be able to reject deposits. Tsk, what a shady move, anyways I still wanna thank you for the profit I gained with your site despite of this incident. Still, it doesn't change the fact that you scammed some late investors, I feel sad for them All deposits are donations to previous users. Read the rules. People were aware that their coins will be donated to previous users. Thats it, no more attention to trolls. Our rules were clear and simple to understand for everyone. |

Honestdoubler August 23, 2015 - September 20, 2015 we do not accept any deposits anymore It's too late You shouldn't accept deposits when the "error" started , we have to post here the question multiple times just for you to be able to reject deposits. Tsk, what a shady move, anyways I still wanna thank you for the profit I gained with your site despite of this incident. Lol... they run away with about 200 BTC.... not bad for a month. They could have stuck to their rules and just paid as long as it lasted. Which clearly shows, that they are fraudsters. Too funny..... but people fall for names lie "honest" and "doubler"....
what 200 btc??? we never had more then 30 btc balance on our wallet at once. Every satoshi was constantly paid to the users. Congratz you are the biggest troll here. |

This was early....
So why are you still accepting money when you know that these people will lose their money? Smells like a scam, looks like a scam, is a scam.
You don't provide any proof for what you're saying. All we know is that people lost their money.
The difference to many other scams is that there are people who know who you are. So I'd suggest that all who lost something put something together and offer a reward to get name and address of the person(s) behind "honest""doubler".... That would be fun :-)

I also wonder why admin still accept investments until now OP should shut down the site Well, that's the nature of frauds...,. they try to get as much as they can. Their greed combined with the greed of the users (I will never call them "investors") leads to the loss of the gamblers. However, as stated before: They were too greedy, too, and left some traces which could lead to their real names. So I'd recommend to use an escrow, "invest" money there and go after the guys from "honest""doubler". Trying to scare us will lead only to one thing. We will keep the leftovers! Public Statement 20.09
Okay guys. We have lost more then exected. If we proceed as usual we will reach the "zero balance zone" as soon as we pay the first pages of the overdue deposits.
There are few posible ways out of this.
1) We try to switch the API.
That would take days, it would lead to a lack of deposits, and mean the sure death of HonestDoubler. That means all deposits will be lost.
2) We make a hard restart. All payouts which can not be covered will stay upaid and declared as lost. Regarding to our rules.
The problem about that is, we can not fix the issue with the old-api since it is not on our end. Under that circumstances we can not process automated payouts. We would need to implement another payment api and that would take days. It would lead to a lack of deposits, and mean the sure death of HonestDoubler. A fast restart is not possible.
3) We spread the leftovers among all deposits, that would be approximately 5% of your deposit. We rewrite our code, switch the api, and start again in a week or two, after all is set up securely.
