GenesisMining is doing very well due to its aggressive and attractive marketing campaign, aimed at clueless investors.

Worthwhile to buy the L3 hash rates? Price looks awfully high. And there will be another transnational loss after BTC/LTC conversion.

I have to remind fellow members the importance of staking your bitcoin address and knowing how to "sign" a message with it. Strangely, I lost my access to my BTC talk account right after a deal with a member went sour. I managed to restore it thanks to a stake in this discussion.

I have good experience with Hashflare. ROI-ed with them once. I am going in again. But do it at your own risk - and use money which you can only afford to lose.

Similarly, I am looking to buy Scrypt hashes. Let me know (thru PM) any offers.

I highly recommend members trade Hashrates only. Do not sell whole accounts. It can be very cumbersome.
How do you go about trading hashrates? I don't see an option for that in my account. Private arrangements in forums. Then seller has to inform Hashflare through Support channels. So far Hashflare is supportive. Selling or buying hashrates is okay. No issue so far. But selling or buying whole accounts, it is an issue. I am having a problem with a transaction, Hashflare is doing what it could to ensure it is not a hacked HF account. Understandable. The transaction with the seller has fell through and the incident has left sour taste. I have lost 200 USD, unrecoverable. It is a long story. Lesson learnt: Do not do not ever buy or sell whole Hashflare accounts, but transact the hash rates only. However, It is still a pleasure doing business with HashFlare. Their support is swift, attentive and they are conscious about their customers' security.

Hi,
I have the 30usd bitcoin plan and the fluctuation of satoshi generation is very strange, it varies according to bitcoin valorization.
30/06/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00007032 01/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00007272 02/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00007186 03/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00007228 04/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00007293 05/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00007258 06/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00007265 07/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00007209 08/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,0000719 09/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00007216 10/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00007078 11/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00006995 12/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00007004 13/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00006906 14/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00006502 15/07/2017 0,25 Bitcoin 0,00005191
It fluctuates depending on USD/BTC price movements. If there is a flash crash of BTC price, you will lose your cloud investment.

This is the formula to calculate the daily interest earnings (assuming you lent 1 BTC)
( (current loan rate)% * 1 ) * 0.85
for example, the current loan rate is 0.06%
(1 BTC x 0.06%) x 0.85 = 0.00051 BTC

45% of each blockreward goes to masternodes 45% of each blockreward goes to miners 10% of each blockreward goes to Dash decentralized budget. To see what this means in profit terms : https://dash-news.de/dashtv/Keep in mind the VPS server will have renting costs (approx $10 per month) and will need monitoring and maintenance / updating when necessary. Basicly the network rewards the masternodes for providing important services for the network (Instantsend, Privatesend, block propagation, etc ). It rewards masternodes in Dash directly from the blockchain every 8 days with a few conditions tied to it (masternode needs to be active and it's collateral intact). By the way, everybody is entitled to their own opinion but most of the people that are calling Dash a scam coin turns out to be people heavily involved in trolling other coins to promote their own coin. FYI Thanks! Very informative. 1000 Dash coin is a very high cost in fiat terms.. May need to skip this idea... You can also look into setting up a shared masternode with other community members, that way you are personally not bound to that 1000 Dash collateral. link : https://dashpay.atlassian.net/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=1867885 There is a catch though, most of these are "trusted" hosting providers meaning you have to trust them with your Dash. But on the other hand these are all respectable community members (some are even core-team members) with a reputation to uphold. A trustless solution will come at some point with Dash Evolution through decentralized masternode shares but that will take time before it will hit Mainnet, it will be something to keep an eye on though. link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4GRrLiTCq5M That is a great idea. I did not think of searching for this. Shared master node. Thanks. Will look into it. Any recommendations?

Positive experience with HashFlare. ROI-ed with them once. I know other forum members who did the same.

you receive a percentage of the transaction fees. Which overtime as the coin rises can become significant.
As RandomEvent said, you are rewarded for contributing to the network via tx fees. These show up in your wallet as a sort of recurring payment over time. you receive a percentage of the transaction fees. Which overtime as the coin rises can become significant.
Thank you darkendsoul and RadomEvent. So it makes more sense now. its a scam coin move on to something else
try pivX
Why do you say Dash is a scam coin ?

You should probably move this to digital goods section as this is not really a service you are looking for. This is more of a product.
Though I would say that cloud mining aren't really any good anymore. Unless you're mining those altcoins that would seem to pump.
I apologise for posting in the wrong section. I will inform the mods to request for a shift. Thanks mate.

Hi. There is a concept of MasterNode in DASH whereby you need 1000 DASH and run a DASH processing node. And supposedly you can profit from it.
I don't understand how it works. Does extra DASH appear in your wallet magically or something like that?
