1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][SHIFT] Decentralize the web | 5.1.0 | Automatic blacklisting on: November 17, 2016, 03:52:23 PM
So it looks like I either got scammed by @crush on slack or he's too dumb to know how to figure out how many coins I have. I sent him my private keys and never received my coins. Can someone here help make this right and send me my coins. I can send you my private keys.

As I told you in PM, the swap date and timeline has been announced well in advance. Including announcement, automatic and manual
swap, the period for this was ~4 weeks. Furthermore the swap requirements are for participants to send me easy to access keystore
files, which you have been unable to provide so far.

I also told you that if you keep insulting me we will not get anywhere. Apologies for the delay, as there are more pressing issues right
now. Importing your private keys is an additional step, that takes additional time. Swap claims will be processed eventually, but since
both deadlines for the automatic and manual procedure are over, it may take a while, as there are other tasks that demand attention
for all the community members who took the time to comply with the swap requirements within the given time frame.

still totaly dishonest man.
Notice that i helped during the testnet. I even created many nodes on digital ocean to  facilitate the launch then i had to leave for many reasons...

This coin have the volume it deserves.... 2 btc

Are you the same person as compmaster or a different claimant?

Again apologies for the delay, the very large majority of the manual swaps were processed during the official window. For everyone else,
please have a bit more patience, we haven't forgotten you and will process your claims as soon as possible.

no i'm different person. Just discovered the swap story today, was not aware of that and i still have my old wallet.

i hope all of you yelling scam scam won't ever get your mined coins.
I think this guy is doing everything to make a decent pool, but you guys just keep barking and barking.
So if you get your payments at the end, what then? Apologize? Or maybe better, send him donation for his hard work?
No, you won't do any of this. You piss on other peoples time and work.
Good job.

I would apologize in this case. But that is not the case. There was no one on this forum that got payed so far.

Showing a payout on his shitty pool site means nothing.

I have three payouts showing but 0 balance in my wallet. And I am not a retard, I did not mistype the address.

So any informations about other pools? I mean do people get payments from other pools?
Suprnova's ZEC (ZCash) Pool // Algo: Blake2b & Equihash // MAINNET LIVE!

Payouts are done manually currently because of the nature of the coin, sorry for delay, please be patient !

all these accusations, all this suspicion ... a real pain in the ass!
meanwhile this pool administrator will probably not sleep the next 72 hours lol.
Of course he's not working for nothing guys... but hey his pool is working from the start.

Good job eXtremal !
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][LISK] Lisk | ICO | Decentralized Application & Sidechain Platform on: February 29, 2016, 06:52:41 PM
Right now, 1 LISK = 0.0089 USD

the value of Ethereum (1 ETH) was 0.30 USD on launch

You need to combine this figure with the fact that this pathetic Nodejs shamble never ever will be used by any body in the real world, outside of this toxic scam driven Bitcointalk microcosmos (as I am sure you are aware of even Bitcoin and Ethereum are having a really hard time with real world adoption).

Do you know why the Cripty clowns weren't able to get one single real world business customer nor to implement one single commercial use case in the last 18 months? Because there is simply no monetization route for these kind of applications. The only monetization route is to sell this nonsense to the noobs, naives and idiots. No businesses nor any real world solution providers are interested in this proposition. That's why Crypti ran out money, so these two wankers could step in by collecting money again from these idiots while the process is pushed by the army of sockpuppets and shills.

The even a bigger wanker in this process is that German lawyer who assists to this scam. I think it is time to contact the German law enforcement and let them know about this blatant fraud. The money collector wankers call this blatant scam "donation". That's how primitive they are to believe that the naming will change the nature of their fraud. What kind of lawyer in his right mind gives his name to such obvious scam?

There is nothing to do man, except to wear the suit ... ^^
and become an investor .. i mean a donator sorry.
German law? man only the lawyer is in germany ....

Hello
no linux source? github please?
I love to instamine with the devs.
Thank you
OP promissed sources on release time.
Anyway, was just a cynical joke. Of course you'll not have the sources before the launch ...
I'm interested by the first minutes/hour only.
good launch kids.

10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Expanse (EXP) - Fair Launch, No ICO, Community DAO, based on Ethereum on: February 13, 2016, 05:11:23 PM
Why ppl want expanse?

There are only 1,170,379 EXP available now.
EXP will switch (probably) to PoS before 2 millions coin.
You'll need a minimum amount of EXP to benefit from PoS (probably 1000+)

look at the distribution on bittrex, you'll see any big wallets , max 14k coins.
compare with others eth clones ( soil 600k+ lol ) same for shift.
Not so many coins are generated every days...

Take your ticket ^^

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SOIL - fair launch, environmentally conscious, community driven on: October 19, 2015, 09:41:35 PM
Why i lose coins (simplified explanation)

1 : you receive shares , you mine the block and get the reward
2 : another ppl receive the same shares and mine the block too and get the reward too.
3 : when the blockchain is reorganized  the fastest miner keeps the reward and balances are updated (for the slowest miner, the block is orphaned)

This is due to latency and extreme fast time block ( during the launch).

hello I lost all the coins to move from the old to the new portfolio some way to recover thanks if you help me I give you a high reward

Did you make a copy of your wallet?

Copy the contents in C:\Users\USER\AppData\Roaming\Soil\keystore , then put that copy in the new wallet in the new machine.

USER= login/username credentials

Old hand:
1) Doubleclick  "delete_SOIL_folder.bat" to delete the test-net SOIL folder (important)
2) Doubleclick "new_account.bat" - Set a password. The window should be closing automatically.
3) Doubleclick "soil.bat"
4) (optional) Doubleclick "SOILsafe.bat" for our Gui Wallet

doing so will erase all apart on the old purse was no folder keystore

hi there. was reading thru your posts from today, about the issue with your wallet. im trying to understand the problem that occurred. as far as i understand things, you had to reinstall teh main net package, and didnt back up the keystore file in your, if you are using windows, users/USER/appdata/roaming/soil/keystore file folder?

there SHOULD have been a post detailing what to do beforehand in case of such emergencies, regarding how to safeguard your coins in that event, which is actually somewhat relevant to any cryptocoin you work with.... and thats something we'll be adding to the FAQ on the website to prevent others from suffering a similar fate in the future.

but i was wondering if youd managed to get anything straightened away? looking thru the explorer, the wallet address you provided me still has 5000SOIL listed for it, so im a little confused.... did you reinstall SOIL after id sent you your capped testnet mining bounty?

you mentioned your friend also lost their balance of SOIL as well, if you dont mind, have them PM me their wallet address so that i can investigate this further.

there WAS a keystore folder in the appropriate (referrenced above) location, although im not familiar with MAC or linux iterations of the wallet and keystore storage there, but i changed over from main net to test net several times in the week leading up to our launch, to test the official mining pool that we are still working on, to test the faucet we have set up and are just adjusting the dispersal time limits right now (dispersment will be set at 0.05 SOIL) and i never had issues finding or backing up my keystore wallet from one net to the other to keep them separated.

might there be a program you can download to assist with undelete where you might find the keystore files that seem to have been lost? since the deletion of the main net wallet only occured recently, its unlikely your system would have written over the data by now, so there might still be a way to retrieve them. the coins ARE there, in the wallet address you provided me.

i seem to remember reading something in the command line options for geth (that would also apply to gsoil) about importing wallets, and with the wallet address and your password there, you should be able to retrieve it in gsoil. ill look into it, just need a bit more information from you and your friend before i can investigate what we can do for you any further.

http://screenshot.net/4y6enid?es

I found the keys file but can not recover firefox overwrote me some idea .....is partially recovered but when you get into the keystore folder, the address listed in the portfolio balance 0

http://screenshot.net/5poo2im?es

I hope I've provided more information and hopefully a solution thanks

Hey man, listen to me. Just answer my simple question: Does SOIL client sync? If it doesn't, your balance will be 0 forever.

if I have synchronized and attempt to unlock the wallet aside and not let me tells me that the Y value is invalid
I don't really understand you. Lock or unlock doesn't matter here. So, if you like to see your coins in your wallet, you have to:

1. Run gsoil.bat to get SOIL client syncs all blocks.

2. Run soilsafer.bat to check your balance while SOIL client is syncing.

However, gsoil.bat won't sync sometimes. You have to check it. Make sure it is syncing first.

And, you did not answer my question. Please! I cannot help you if you keep asking me or imaging a new situation. Thanks.

if you read the previous post my problem is recorded , I overwrote the utc keystore and I have recovered partially with recuva , but put in the roaming / keystore folder the address listed in the cashless portfolio , the portfolio is synchronized it seems unless this damage

Hi, unfortunately, I think it is almost impossible to recover overwritten files. Maybe you can ask on specialized forums or try another software...
I am not an expert in this field...
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SOIL - fair launch, environmentally conscious, community driven on: October 19, 2015, 11:22:34 AM
Almost all my coins i mined just vanished. Is there point to mine this if coins disappear from wallet just like that?
I`m not on testnet since i downloaded on clean windows miner and wallet from first post.

Vanished ? can you explain ?

some advice :

never unlock your account for no reason especially if you use this account for mining
don't use --rpc "0.0.0.0" but only --rpc "192.168.1.x"

use --rpc or --rpc "127.0.0.1"  only if you mine with one pc.

ex : gsoil --rpc console

If you use 0.0.0.0 your wallet is open to the world ...

You can open the .bat file and delete/replace the line --rpc "0.0.0.0"

+1 for speeddemon13 or
If you deleted your kestore folder then you need to use another method to recover your wallet.
Download "recuva" from pririform and try to recover your file. use UTC as keyword to reduce the search. good luck.

Just a heads up don't trade with user getwork he scammed me 3k

That's not cool. Would be cool if we cool freeze the address of scammers?

Yeah it sucks..
http://45.32.235.55:8000/#/transaction/0xfb75f86e15b17bbe35ec92d1e6df2217ed6ca4b41fb10c44340b052730d3e10c

You should post the PM of the transaction, at least let the community know. How they word their offer(s)? I'm sure they will just leave their username and make a new one to scam more people. Some people just don't know how to earn an honest living, hope karma comes around....

That guy is full member. No coin is cheap, just cheap people.

Doesn't matter if full member, hero, legendary or what ever. Dishonesty has no discrimination.

it's a pitty to see that , sorry for you.
such problems can be avoided ..i mean that's why ethereum and smart contracts were created !!
A powerful use case for smart contracts is trustless decentralized escrow – where contracts act as a third party to enable transfers between parties....

You can set  the extra data for the block when finding a block. (max 32 bytes)

miner.setExtra("extra data")

ex :

miner.setExtra("Cryptobeef")
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SOIL - fair launch, environmentally conscious, community driven on: October 17, 2015, 07:35:34 PM
Something is really wrong.. finding blocks but no coins at all

I am also finding blocks but getting 0 coins.
What is odd is usually on other clone when we find blocks that are forked the coins appear and then disappear rappidly (when you are on wrong fork).  Right now i always see 0s.

are you sure your main wallet is linked to your miner ? maybe your mined coins are sent to oblivion
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] SOIL - fair launch, environmentally conscious, community driven on: October 17, 2015, 07:23:57 PM
whats the command to get the balance ?

web3.fromWei(eth.getBalance(eth.account[0]), "ether")

doesn't work..

also not web3.fromWei(eth.getBalance(eth.account[0]), "soil")

I'm still using the ethereum commands with lot of clone ..it's more easy ^^
very simple commands:

To get the accounts

eth.accounts

To get the balance

eth.getBalance("yourwallet")

bye

Lol. I'm losing coins. On 1 rig i mine 16.5 now i have 8 on another rig i have 88 and now i have 8.
Yes, me too. It is due to node sync problem

Yeah i lost some as well

if they dont show up again, let me know and ill fix that once i get the bounties set out.

Hey don't worry , losing coins is normal !! it's orphaned blocks ..someone was simlply quicker than you...it's due to latency.
don't replace lost coins it's a litle crazy ^^
