How long until ol Garza gets what's coming to him... in prison... behind a bunch of drums... with no COs anywhere to be found...?

Quote
The SEC is seeking “permanent injunctive relief,” the return of any ill-gotten gains, and a fine on top of that, according to the complaint.

I think prison is probably wishful thinking, unfortunately.

If you forget about the FBI investigation and others for laundering and helping terrorists move money around it does seem wishful but when you remember that Stuart Fraser brought clients to GAW that Cantor Fitzgerald couldn't legally serve due to banking laws. Then you remember that and you realize they are going to fry in the future.

All this Carlos didn't do anything talk. Did he try and stop Josh from trying to get a hit on a journalist?

Did he try and stop the harassment in person of a journalist? The threats to him and his family? Did he try and stop Josh from telling his attorneys to "fuck up" a journalist and do "whatever is necessary"?

Carlos wanted to punch the pregnant accountant because she was refusing to pay him under the table,

Exactly, this.

Stuart is another real piece of work. He is intimately involved. When Cantor Fitzgerald couldn't take on a client they were still able to use Josh.

Makes you think.

Edit to add: Did he try and stop the threats, mailing of dead animals, the in person stalking, the hit? No, he encouraged it, he encouraged his supporters to do it and did anyone come and apologize to that guy? Not a single person. Fucking disgusting.

maybe big vern is using the same law offices Garza used. all these tactics are 1:1 copy
next step cease and desist letter for coinfire then on to physical threats and finally radio silence...

this time there are multiple people on the defense team tho. Vern, mullick and bitjohn
possibly all criminals   Cool

Our attorneys are pretty up on technology so they have an account in our group communication system and they've said they are awaiting the C&D to be sent. Nothing has arrived as of yet.

Are you claiming to be Michael?  Why wouldn't you use the old account?

I am Marcus. My name is on the article byline Wink

Edit to add: Mike is on the road for 17 hours or so to meet with some attorneys.

This is the best paid "news" that Cryptsy could buy?

Tamer: Who would you narrate to Newsbtc ‘s readers the “Cryptsy” story?

Nice word salad there, Tamer. Is Josh Garza your copy editor FFS?  Roll Eyes

The article screenshot shows they misspelled the site name. It is Coin Fire. Not coinfire, not Coinfire. Coin Fire.

Also, they are "probably" going to sue us. People don't get legal advise to publicly say on the Internet we are going to sue you. They get legal advice to STFU, get a C&D and then start the process. This is very abnormal.

It's crazy how similar cryptsy acts and talks to Homero

Perhaps they have the same attorneys and are working from the same playbook?

Two things stand out:

1. 'some guy' just handed over a virtual coin shitting machine to me dunt know who he is or what it is  Roll Eyes
2. unlicensed at the local level has always been the contention. this has been discussed everyone from day one

http://www.newsbtc.com/2015/10/07/cryptsys-ceo-a-hard-man-in-the-face-of-coinfires-aggro/

What I find funny is that the article is pretty clear. I wrote it so I thought it was clear. The licensing isn't the real issue here. That is just a minor issue in the vast sea of many other issues.

They keep focusing on the smallest issue though and instead ignore the bigger repercussions of the other issues.

This isn't about a license, this is about a full on manipulation of markets, manipulation and involvement in other aspects of altcoins.

They seem really focused on what is the most minor of issues instead of the larger, major ones.

sounds like something from the leaked emails? certainly Garza language

Not sure if this was in the email leak as it was from another account.

I get the feeling more is coming.

Heylo all. Been lurking for a long time here but I'm curious:
Why do people not like cryptsy? Other than the whole prime controller xpy-usd crap.

Because stuff like:
