I feel I need to give a response to the recent Coinfire article.   Like their previous article, they’ve make a lot of claims without giving any kind of proof to their claims.   I know many people don’t take coinfire very seriously these days, which is good.

It's almost as if he believes nobody knows about Coinfire's actual history when it comes to getting the scoop on three-letter-agency investigations into this industry.

Do they think Coinfire would piss away all the credibility they earned with their GAW/Garza/Paycoin reporting, on publishing a similar expose about Cryptsy but for it not to be supported by the same standard of evidence?

Cryptsy would have done better to have spun a little more of a reasonable response into their statement, at least along the lines of admitting that, due to the situation with Garza they were cooperating with the ongoing investigation and that the allegations they were implicated in wrongdoing were false.

*That* would have at least been a sensible way to react, instead of their ridiculous knee-jerkery of denying absolutely everything and anything and then trying to question Coinfire's credibility, in the face of a proven history of their journalism being on the mark!

If that's true, it would mean:

1. Coinfire is lying with intention plus faking those Screenshots to let it seem official

...or...

2. Somebody gave them faked Information and they just believed but didn't check it appropriate


If 1.: That would be completely irrational and under the line it would lead to Coinfires End. The story is too big. And they should know that Cryptsy could and should sue them if they are knowingly fake something like that.

If 2.: The same... it wouldn't be better for Coinfire.



And Cryptsy: If the Article is wrong, they have to force Coinfire to revoke it. Just to state Coinfire is wrong won't be enough.


Just one of both will survive this.

I personally don't know who to believe at the moment but time will tell.

I was banned like 4 times, then I just gave up. I was even banned from their shitty support zendisk for being an asshole when they wouldn't ever fix anything ... LOL.. The GAWESOME days!

Tamer: Can you tell us a bit about how you secure Cryptsy’s servers?

    Paul: I am not going to tell you all details because this is classified info, but we have a lot of different layers. We use Incapsula, our DDoS protection provider, which is our first security layer and then, we have frontend web servers, which is our second security layer, and all of those have firewalls and all of our online databases are backened, so the rest of the services , servers and other stuff aren’t accessible from the public internet, which is a key strategy when trying to boost security as the best way to be secure is not to plug in to the internet. Our wallets have several security layers and they are really hard to get into even for me, so wallets’ security is a priority especially when you have a couple of hundred altcoins on the platform.

Details are classified. Here are the details. Everything's off the internet and under several layers of security. I mean, it's tough for even me to steal stuff because they're so secure. They're like mega secure. Like think how secure the most secure thing in the universe is, and that's just, like, one layer of our wallets' security.

Good to see nothing has changed. There was some good banter in the comments section when that article from "Dr" Tamer Sameeh!!! essentially mocking and ridiculing him along with his replies to same. Now all deleted. I think the last time that occurred elsewhere, it was discovered, naturally, that the interview was one of those paid-for-ones, which has to be the case here as well. Nearly 2016 and these shit heads are still censoring their garbage so called cryptocurrency news sites.
