1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading, gambling and binary options. Which one you prefer? on: April 09, 2020, 01:23:44 PM
There is another of way of trading which is trading+gambling.

Yes, trading+gambling = scalping. You may prefer it for quick profit making.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Trading on: March 26, 2020, 06:26:41 PM
Strategies makes sure you are less risky but doesn't remove the risk totally. If we have to say that the most safe way to trade is TA, that would be correct. However that doesn't mean that it would destroy all the risks, there are still risks even if you do TA. If you learn TA by basically studying as much as you can and you manage to somehow get a great knowledge, you would know what bitcoin "should" do but never what it "will" do, that is kind of the point here.

On the other hand, not learning it means you are ball parking and eye balling and that is not really a great idea neither, you should not do that. So there is a risky method and there is a less risky method, that's about it. Of course it all depends on what you want to do and how you want to trade as well.
3  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the effect of adding a bitcoin currency symbol to iOS? on: March 04, 2019, 06:35:48 PM
Google does it doesn’t mean that Apple should also do the same thing. Yep. I have seen it on the keyboard, it pops up once you press and hold the $ key on the keyboard. Bitcoin is recognized around the world and I don’t see any reason why Google shouldn’t add it cause they are tech giants and owns one of the leading search engines in the world.
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will Bitcoin hit a trillion dollar marketcap in the future? on: November 04, 2018, 06:44:10 PM
I think trillion is really at our grips right now, I know we are at 110 million or so in cap but the price needs to be just about 60 thousand dollars to reach the one trillion marketcap and that is definitely not impossible to reach. I know it will take a lot of time to reach there but it certainly will thanks to both increasing difficulties, halving mining and the dollar devaluation. Combining all of that results with bitcoin getting higher and higher every year. I know it may seem like bitcoin was on the downturn this year but if you check the yearly lowest points this year has been the highest in history. I think reaching 60 thousand dollars will not be a problem at all when the banks and investment firms decide to pour their billions of dollars into crypto space.
5  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going towards the dark on: November 04, 2018, 03:02:21 PM
I have never seen bitcoin doing this well in my entire cryptocurrency days (I have been around for over 6 years now). The point is not that it has been an amazing 2018 but the point is whenever bitcoin gets lower there is always a a pump in the works. Which means since it has dropped amazingly than there will be a time when it will go up as well. Since it has dropped so far it means the turn is on the going up part right now.

I have always loved undervalued stuff, it could be undervalued stock or real estate or any other investment method out there and I always went in for it. I think bitcoin is insanely undervalued right now and it will recover and get high a lot. For that to happen we need another hype and that is coming around with these new ETF talks as well. As soon as one ETF gets accepted all people will try to buy bitcoin, from smaller investor to big banks everyone will try to get one.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: when is the right time to buy altcoin on: August 30, 2018, 10:03:47 AM
According to my researches, the market is getting more and more alive now, so it is more likely to earn nice gains in the mid-term.
We are now observing a very good increase in the market and therefore I think that the current price is still a very reasonable price to buy some crypto currencies. I think that there are so many crypto currencies who’s price is too much expected to increase too much.
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you track what happens in Crypto industry daily? on: August 30, 2018, 08:13:56 AM
Coinmarketcap keep me updated about Bitcoin and some very important Altcoin!  In addition to coinmarketcap,  I use different app to track prices, blockfolio help also with prices of many tokens in my wallet!
Everything that happens in the crypto space is not just about the price alone, as there is still some news that would really help to make some decisions in the market. Personally, I follow some good blogs that dish out cryptocurrency news daily, which I get notified on my mail with the summary of the day’s news and also make use of Google news to help filter the hot trending news in the space at the particular moment. With respect to prices, blockfolio and tab trader makes the day for me.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: The Mysterious Chinese Bitcoin Whale Hoarded 94,000 BTC on: August 10, 2018, 08:19:25 AM
A staff member from a Chinese Bitcoin forum raised eyebrows upon the discovery of a wallet address that has received over 90,000 Bitcoin since the end of March

Read more: https://cryptovest.com/news/mysterious-chinese-bitcoin-whale-hoarded-94000-btc/
The investor must have had faith in bitcoin and that is why he keep holding and buying it!  How I wish I have such huge fund to invest into bitcoin like this Chinese mysterious investor.  I think this will make him to be among the whales and in future he or she may be  people that will decide what happen in future in cryptocurrencies market.
It is still funny though why the OP or whoever must have imagined this person to be a Chinese investor? Moreover, let us even imagine he is; what is the wrong thing in holding even as much as 1million bitcoin as far as there is simply no problem with it in the first place? Whatever anyone wants to do with their holding is their choice and business, but trying to bring about some funny and lame assumptions like the article and the OP are insisting does not make any sense.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: what will happens if everyone has own currency, doesn't a bad for Economics ? on: June 01, 2018, 05:19:28 PM
Everyone will have their own currency and everyone will find difficulties to trade each other. It is a situation which has no differences from what we are having with fiat, i.e. every country has their own currency. A common one will solve lots of hassles. People and government will understand this one day and will praise Japaneses government for their earlier adoption of bitcoins.
10  Economy / Economics / Re: It is not yet over as bitcoin heading toward $4,500! on: April 09, 2018, 10:48:35 AM
I'm so disappointed to these people who post on their speculations of btc going deeper and lower. We are all speculating of rise before btc reached $20k but now most of them are about spreading FUD that they even wish it go for less than $100.
Hahahaha! Welcome to the world of people switching lanes so fast. It is not always hard for people to but the bear specs on when situations like this ends up arising, so you may just have to get used to it. It is part of the system and we just have to accept those who are willing to go all the way to get the market down the more with their FUD so as to get a lot cheaper. It is always a strategy, and those who end up falling for it, should end up blaming themselves.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin cannot be a global currency on: March 29, 2018, 03:57:28 AM
I do not think so. I think the bitcoin future will be a global currency used by all nations in the world. The world economy is growing and bitcoin is born to meet that development demand, people will respond and use the features of bitcoin effectively. And I believe, with that potential, with that bright future, the bitcoin will grow as we expect.
We all expect bitcoin as a global currency for border-less transactions. It may happen but definitely not in quick time as there are lots of places where people still not having access to internet. So, probably the first step toward bitcoin as a global currency must be reaching out of internet to every part of this world. After that only we can see bitcoin will be evolving as a global currency.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin down ( Mt. Gox is dumping ) on: March 22, 2018, 12:14:22 PM
It's scary that one entity can do all this. Makes me fear what banks might do, since they can definitely profit from shenanigans.

Well, if banks want to do this, they would need to first own 200,000 BTC... so that would pump the price too. They could create fear in the market by pumping and dumping recklessly, but that would be short lived. Long term, the fundamental remains: 21 million coins. It doesn't matter how much you shake the box to create chaos, ultimately the order remains, they can't change the rules. This is why Bitcoin is the best long term investment, because they cannot change the rules. The can change anything else, except how Bitcoin works.
And as long as nothing is changed in bitcoin's protocol to favor them, they will just have to deal with it that way. You are right bro and satoshi obviously fashioned everything out from the start, if you dump, someone else is ready to pick up, and since we have limited supply, that would make it even easy for more people to want to buy at that lower price and like you said, it is a cycle and it will keep going on that way.
13  Economy / Economics / Re: Centralization of banking through cryptocurrency? on: March 22, 2018, 11:35:23 AM
Base on the speculation of other members here in the forum that in the near future banks all over the world will adapt the system of cryptocurrency and it will eventually centralized all banking transaction in one with the cryptocurrency or the digital currency. In that period of time digital currency is not like an asset or investment anymore. Its price will be stabilized and it could be use all over the world where comfort of traveling just to use the digital currency as a form of payment. However, it is the news nowadays has the opposite of their speculation since there are countries banning already the use of cryptocurrency. In your point of view, Will it happen to centralized money all over the world through the use of cryptocurrency? Or it will just pass and nothing will ever change in our system of banking. Or do you have any speculation with cryptocurrency? I need to justify the speculation's probability.
I feel you are mixing it up. Firstly, just few countries have banned bitcoin so far and they are irrelevant anyway (sorry to say), but the fact remains that so many are just silent about it while some are looking forward to regulation. Secondly, there will be centralized and there will be decentralized currency and it is left for investors to decide how they want to play their card. I see decentralized assets becoming more like the stock market anyway, so let's see how that plays out at the end.
14  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All Alt Coins are a scam. on: March 20, 2018, 07:11:15 PM
Well this is what the insightful Tone Vays claims...

He claims that ETH, DASH, shit 99.5% of all the ALTS are scams and the only coin that will survive is Bitcoin.

So l guess we should all sell our Alts now!

Well what he say might be true. However to believe in something concrete evidence is needed or it is just his opnion which cannot be justify. From what i know altcoins make a lot of people rich no matter whether isit a scam or not. Again this is my opnion and what i heard you should do your own check to verify if you want to know more
If we are to consider the level at which a lot of traders move out of the alt market once there is a slight change on bitcoin can actually be worrisome and considering it simply means they cannot stand on their own and they always get dumped in a huge way is even more worrisome. Nevertheless, it is a new market and we cannot because of that consider all altcoins as a scam, which is totally way absurd.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Cheating in bounty programs on: March 20, 2018, 04:57:03 PM
Do you think that some bounty programs cheat because they do not want to pay bounty hunters by bringing out things to do at they end of bounty campaign? Share your thought or experience.

I think that's true. There are some cheating bounty programs. Everybody wants to have a free working power, but such teams just undermine confidence to its project by such actions
Normally, no reasonable team will even want to do that in the first place except for the ones who generally are just greedy and decided to rubbish those who helped to push the project out there. I have never experienced this anyway which is one of the reasons why it is always necessary for one to do a proper scrutiny as well on which bounty to join, most especially if you are going to be wearing a signature for them.
16  Economy / Speculation / Re: Short term predictions for BTC price? on: March 20, 2018, 08:35:49 AM
Hi guys , does anyone have any good short term predictions for Bitcoin?
It is too hard to predict in short term... I guess targeting long term target is always easy and achievable.  I am aiming for $25k price levels by end of this year. Because, any prices above $15k will be getting me big profits for my investments.

should we move to other cryptocurrencies?
Like many people here, I never trust any altcoin as they may get dumped at any time. Dumps also happening with bitcoin too. But bitcoin will bounce back for sure. Altcoins may bounce back or may not for ever.
17  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the government know bitcoin in your country? on: March 16, 2018, 10:13:59 AM
I think they will ban bitcoin because of the fearful that may affect of the economics of my country but i disagree there opinion because working bitcoin is very helpful for me especially the support financial.
Yes, I agreed with you. They will ban bitcoin from people because they see some threat from bitcoin that can make them fall down and they are afraid to lose their financial holdings because of these.
It depends on the country and its government that either the country is well developed or not. Most of the governments banned bitcoin in the past but also many countries have a positive thinking about it, bitcoin is a digital currency and can be used for many good purposes and can also simply be bought and sold. I think now governments will support it rather than putting a ban on it.
