The next step is to open a Support ticket

Ok, I opened a support ticket with you.
2  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Primedice.com ripped me off of 9.8 BTC on: May 19, 2019, 11:59:41 PM

-Could be an explanation on what happened to you.
-Depends, some regulated gambling site has the right to take the cheaters money

Well I most certainly did not cheat. They never made the claim that I cheated and they never made the claim that I violated TOS. I think that type of comparison is not helpful.  Overall I lost money with my betting.  Then I lost a fortune when they embezzled my funds. Why they chose to refund one of my accounts with a bonus, but lock me out and stonewall me on my other account, I don't know.  All I can do is speculate on that, because they refused all attempts at communication after dealing with the first issue. I will take whatever steps are need to collect however.
3  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Primedice.com ripped me off of 9.8 BTC on: May 19, 2019, 11:00:31 PM
The law firm cooperating with Game Protect is willing to enforce it on a no cure no pay basis or if you wish also on a hourly rate basis.

I *will* be taking whatever steps I need to to collect.
4  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Primedice.com ripped me off of 9.8 BTC on: May 19, 2019, 10:53:49 PM

Arent Primedice and Stake owned by the same group of people? We have even links between them on their homepage so is pretty logical thinking that they use the same TOS.

The fact remains that they never made the claim that I violated TOS. I'm curious why you bring this up?  Do you think that an online operator like primedice has the right to embezzle customer funds if said customer *does* violate TOS.  TOS covers a lot of things.  If I created a primedice account, deposited 10 bitcoins, then got on the primedice chat and called someone a 'faggot', wouldn't I be violating TOS?  In that case do you think it is ethical or legal for primedice to then embezzle all of said customer's funds, then refuse all communication with the customer?

5  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Primedice.com ripped me off of 9.8 BTC on: May 19, 2019, 10:52:40 PM
Did you try contacting the admin via email for official proof based statement?

Didn't I make that clear? I opened a ticket with primedice support within 48 hours.  The ticket number was 10908. I resolved one of the embezzlement issues with the now of Primedice, Mladen Vučković after 2 weeks of emails back-and-forth. Then when I brought up the second issue, the second embezzlement from another account, they cut off all contact.

Now they have closed both primedice accounts entirely and they embezzled the remaining 0.157 BTC in the 'gforce37' account.
6  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Primedice.com ripped me off of 9.8 BTC on: May 19, 2019, 12:22:29 AM

Wait a moment.
Are you telling me that they can move the funds whenever they want?

If yes we need to follow all movements and they seem to go here

https://www.blockchain.com/btc/address/16qfh6U6zBuWtqtjfRLWxAu8HyEJNiB5Nd

a 9000 moved BTC address.

Well you are seeing the pattern of a deposit then the coins are immediately moved. I'm not sure why they did it like that, but it was never a problem until that date 5/17/19.  Normally when the coins are moved my primedice account balance would be credited.  I would make a series of bets then I would withdraw funds.

I have found my a long message thread with support person Mladen, which I now realize is Primedice CEO and founder Mladen Vuckovic.  He personally handled the missing 14.2 BTC and he credited my account with 15.1 BTC after 2 weeks or so of back-and-forth.  He said "Looks like it was everything ok with your account. One of your deposits did not show up on blockchain."  This is not true from what I saw on the blockchain.  The deposits confirmed immediately on the blockchain.  After this refund then he stonewalled me with regard to the other account.

maybe OP is using 2 accounts? and they have locked one?

I was using 2 accounts. One was username: gforce37 the other was username glapattack.  Now they completely eliminated both accounts.

EDIT

EDIT** Also, I never asked for a bonus 0.9 BTC Mladen gave that to me of his own accord.  I just want what is mine, what I deposited to *both* accounts.  He can take back the .9 BTC if he returns my 9.8 BTC
7  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Primedice.com ripped me off of 9.8 BTC on: May 18, 2019, 11:45:43 PM

I cannot find the TOS for primedice, assuing is the same of Stake.com

Not fair to quote TOS from a totally different site. BTW I placed hundreds of bets with my 2 accounts total of 107 BTC over several months. If they felt I violated TOS then fine, disable my account and give let me withdraw my funds. They never did that.  They never claimed that I violated TOS.  At one point one of the support said that It was a double spend.  That is not true at all. I asked for evidence that there was a double spend and they gave me nothing. Then they just stonewalled me.

Primedice.com = SCAMMERS

I can't believe they are still in business. I got ripped off by Mt. Gox and others, but they all went out of business. My friend was ripped off by Bitfinex, they gave him some kind of equity for debt swap.  Primedice ripped me off and they are still in business three years later. Unbelievable.  What can be done?  To add further insult to injury they closed my accounts due to 'inactivity'.
8  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Primedice.com ripped me off of 9.8 BTC on: May 18, 2019, 11:16:16 PM

That's probably not a withdrawal - it was moved by whoever owns the address, which the OP claims belongs to PrimeDice but it doesn't seem to be linked to any known PrimeDice wallets and there is no 14.2 BTC deposit to that address. I think the OP is not telling the whole story.

The 14.2 BTC was deposited to a different Primedice account with a different deposit address.  I'll see if I can find that address.  Like I said though they finally credited my account for that plus a bonus 0.9 BTC

14.2 BTC deposited to account with username 'glapattack'
9.8 BTC deposited to account with username 'gforce37'

I'm not sure why you are interested in the 14.2 BTC part, which doesn't seem relevant, but here are screen shot showing from my transaction log
you can see the TXID starts with '64336eb'

before they issued the credit to my account:

then after they issued a credit of 15.1 BTC

I already tried to get help from Stunna and I posted to the primedice thread 3 years ago and they didnt help me. Here is one of the posts:

11  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Primedice.com ripped me off of 9.8 BTC on: May 18, 2019, 12:19:20 PM
My legit question is that where were you all those days?

I opened a ticket with primedice support within 48 hours.  The ticket number for the 14.2 BTC is 10908. The two deposits went to two different primedice accounts.  I wanted to deal with them one at a time.

I also made posts on Bitcointalk, here is one:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=208986.msg16704880#msg16704880

They resolved one of the issues after 2 weeks or so.  During that time I experienced extreme stomach pain due to stress.  After weeks and months went by, they did not address the second deposit, they just stonewalled me.  I had to block it out of my mind as a way to prevent illness.

Anyway, if I summarize then there are two tx:
One 14.2 BTC yes
Another 9.8 BTC

Yes.  After about 10 days they credited my account 14.2 BTC plus 0.9 bonus BTC to one account, total of 15.1 BTC.  After I got this refund, I withdrew the funds.  When I tried to address the other account, then they stonewalled me.

You said this is the BTC address to deposit : 1EyjEXrvUgKDipiDbimqR7zYwa6eenT3Z7

However this tx (e0060d9b03cd7aa6f003741faedaa31934a1c082982f3cc9c82c8100a79caae2) shows the money went out from this (1EyjEXrvUgKDipiDbimqR7zYwa6eenT3Z7) address.

Yes.  Primedice controls the private keys to the deposit address. Look at all the deposits to that address, 1EyjEXrvUgKDipiDbimqR7zYwa6eenT3Z7.  Each time I deposited they move the funds right away, then they credited my account.  Except the last time. The last time they moved the funds and didn't credit my account.

can you give the tx ID of the two btc amount that were sent from your address to the deposit address which is 1EyjEXrvUgKDipiDbimqR7zYwa6eenT3Z7

9.8 BTC >  d9d788068fe1995562e923fed5645021416adc26308980bfed8dc6b29ba150ea
14.2 BTC > I have to look for more for this, but like I said this one was taken care of.

So 14.2 + 9.8 were never used and you never withdraw them too?

I am looking back at the support emails from that time and it looks like they credited the first account 15.1.  They gave me an extra 0.9 BTC, not 1.0.  Support said "We are very sorry this took so long. I will make sure you get a bonus with that deposit for waiting."

12  Economy / Scam Accusations / 🔴Primedice.com ripped me off of 9.8 BTC🔴 on: May 18, 2019, 11:23:24 AM
Primedice ripped me off. I had two deposits that were made on 5/17/2016.  One was for 14.2 BTC The other was for 9.8 BTC.   The one for 14.2 BTC took about 10 days to finally get credited to my account.   In other words I deposited 9.8 BTC and I never saw it added to my balance.  I could not place bets with it and I could not withdraw it.  This happened three years ago, and they are still in business.

The transaction number is :

e0060d9b03cd7aa6f003741faedaa31934a1c082982f3cc9c82c8100a79caae2

My username is:gforce37
My Primedice deposit address is: 1EyjEXrvUgKDipiDbimqR7zYwa6eenT3Z7

I can't believe they are still in business. What can be done for me to get a refund, or drive them out of business?

Why you waiting 5 months ? Make thread about it.
PS:Micro is arrogant and rude.
And stunna is gradually loses trust.

This is a very stressful is for me to deal with.  When I sit down and start dealing with this issue, my adrenal glands start to pump and my stomach starts to hurt like I have an ulcer.  So I avoided dealing with this second deposit issue.

I was working on a home construction project the other day and injured myself operating heavy equipment.  Now my stomach hurts pretty much 24/7.  I pulled a muscle in my abdomen or something.

So now I figured out that my stomach just hurts no matter what I do. So I sit down and deal with this issue, and my stomach still hurts, but it is hurting no matter what, you see. This is why I am just dealing with this now.  This is not your problem or anything sir, I am just explaining to you why I waited so long to make this public.  I don't like everyone ganging up on my and calling me a liar and a scammer.

I opened a support ticket within 48 hours.  I have all the request numbers.  I emailed support about this issue 12 times over the course of 5 months.
14  Economy / Gambling / Primedice Deposit still not credited after 5 months. on: October 27, 2016, 08:21:44 PM

There is nothing more to it. I posted when it was credited. And on acp if it says accredited "true" its credited 100% .

Now he is trying to get that for every deposit he makes.

I am not trying to dispute every deposit I made. I have made probably 50 or 60 deposits MICRO. They all worked fine except 2.

I brought one issue to your attention, I had to sit by for over a week while people like you talked trash about me calling me a liar and scammer. Then everything I said turned out to be true and Primedice Support credited my account BTC15.2.  Thanks Kiritsugu! Thanks Randall!

Primedice gave me en extra bitcoin for my trouble. I don't want an extra bitcoin. I want apologies from everyone that called me a scammer.

You keep saying I was mixing coins, but even if I was, I also placed over 700 bets on this account. I bet over a total of over  BTC107.0. I am a actual customer and this is how you treat me?

You posted the date that deposit showed up on my transaction log.  It was never added to my account. I'ts been 5 months and my deposit is still missing. It is confirmed by the blockchain and even in your transaction logs, but it was never added to my balance.

Look at the timestamps MICRO.  The last transaction that I made was a deposit of BTC9.8.  It shows up on the transaction log right?  After I made that deposit, I made no tips, no bets and no withdrawals.  My balance should be equal to or greater than BTC9.8. Do the math! Quit making false claims about me!

I can't seam to see tips logs in the images you provided ? Can you please send those too.

@Stunna  Can you please shed some light to this case?

Ok that transaction log was cut off in the last screen shot. Here are the Deposits and the tip log. (I didn't send or receive and tips)

your story makes no sense at all you stayed private for over 5 months for 9 btc and then started to talk here?

you must be realy rich and must have tons of btc for staying calm till now,ppl usualy start scam acc. right after 3-5 days later

What is "scam acc."?

I am not really rich, this is a significant percentage of my net worth. Even if I was really rich does that justify this level of service?

I had 2 deposits on the same day not show up.  One was for 14.2 BTC the other was this issue for 9.8 BTC.  These deposits were made into different accounts with different usernames. The deposits show up on my Primedice transaction logs, but the funds were not added to my balance.

This is huge amount of money to me.  Primedice support was not helping me.  I was panicking.  So I decided to do an experiment.  For one issue, I would go on bitcointalk.org and relentlessly make this issue public.  For the other issue, I would be patient and deal only with Primedice support.    Guess which issue was resolved?  The one where I publicized it on bitcointalk.org.  I was refunded 15.2 BTC.  I was given an extra bitcoin.

I don't want the extra bitcoin.

I don't want sympathy, I am just stating the facts of what happened.  After the first issue was resolved, I felt like Primedice could be trusted and just waited for them to fix the other account.  I sent the occasional email to support every week or so to ask about the status.

The bottom like is that this deposit shows up in my transaction log, but it was never added to my balance.  Dyatrev, I don't expect you to take my word for it.  I am asking Micro, Stunna and Primedice support to look at the records.  If they look at the records they will see this is all true.

"scam acc." = scam accusation, as in section of this forum where we try to resolve accusations like this one, it's located here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

Please note that you need to provide actual evidences of your case (transaction ID's of deposit(s) in question, screenshots of your PD address, name, and from transactionstab : withdrawals, tips, and deposits)
If you indeed are not credited, and are wronged -  i have no doubt that primedice will come forward and fix the issue, but if you're trying to "pull something off", lie and not present your entire
case, it will come out and you won't benefit from it.

What is needed is facts and evidences, as i am sure you can understand that you can't trust people just based on their word, and the fact that u waited this long is shady at best, no matter the excuses u may have.
To me it's almost incredible that PD would intentionally mess with people's deposits/funds, but i guess it's possible they made an oversight, and if so ; it's on you to prove it.

Ok, but I never used the term "scam" I don't claim that this is done intentionally. How would I know what is intentional and what is a glitch in the system?

Here is the BTC transaction I am talking about:

https://blockchain.info/tx/d9d788068fe1995562e923fed5645021416adc26308980bfed8dc6b29ba150ea

That is my deposit for 9.8 BTC and it is confirmed on the blockchain.

You can see here that the above transaction was sending coins to my deposit address on Primdice:

http://imgur.com/a/u0YND

My username is:gforce37
My deposit address is: 1EyjEXrvUgKDipiDbimqR7zYwa6eenT3Z7

Here is a screenshot of my current balance:
http://imgur.com/a/iL1A3

Here is a screenshot of my transaction log:
http://imgur.com/a/zVlWj

The dates seem to be inaccurate on the transaction log.  The most recent Deposit is listed as "18/04/2016" It should be "18/05/2016"

seems prime dice is having server issue, when i try to change the seed it is showing another error like "too much request ",every user is facing the same issue and more over chat is not working smoothly...

I definitely have issues with Primedice.  I don't know if it is a server issue, or what it is, but they failed to credit my account for a deposit I made.  It was for 9.8 BTC, so I am not happy right now.

That did got credited and your story about why you waited like a month to ask for that is very interesting to say the least.

what do you mean "That did got credited"?  I had two deposits that were made on 5/17/16.  One was for 14.2 BTC The other was for 9.8 BTC.   The one for 14.2 BTC took about 7 to 10 days to finally get credited to my account.  The other after 5 moths they still have not credited.

You had problem with 14.2 because you used pd as coin mixer and blockchain saw your deposit as 0.0002 btc there was some issue with it and we credited it and compensated you.

Other one of 9.8 got credited after 1 confirmation. And you waited 5 months to claim it did not get credited. And dont make me post a story why you waited so long .

Amount   Transaction   Accredited   Time
9.80000000 BTC   BC   True   2016-05-18 06:36:24

Yes, the 14.2 did get credited to that account after a week.  Thanks for that.  You gave me an extra 1 BTC.  I don't even want that extra and didn't ask for that.

I opened tickets for both issues right away, within 48 hours.  Do you have access to the primedice issue tracking system?
Find request numbers 10979, 14132, 14919, 16433 and 18450.

I was trying to resolve this privately.  But it seems I am ignored until I come and make my complaints public.

I emailed Primedice support 12 times between 5/17/16 and today.

BTW, I am checking that account now and it looks like I made over 700 bets using that account and wagered a total of 107 BTC.

You say I was credited for the 9.8 BTC, but my balance still shows up as 0.157 BTC.

Do me a favor please.  Look at the time that deposit was made.  On the blockchain it shows up as

2016-05-18 06:36:22 UTC

Did I make any bets after I made that deposit?
Did I make any tips after I made that deposit?
Did I make any withdrawals after I made that deposit?

The answer is "no" to all those questions, but check for yourself.  If I didn't make any bets, tips or withdrawals from that account then my balance should be 9.957 BTC, not 0.157 BTC.
