I am not really rich, this is a significant percentage of my net worth. Even if I was really rich does that justify this level of service?

I had 2 deposits on the same day not show up.  One was for 14.2 BTC the other was this issue for 9.8 BTC.  These deposits were made into different accounts with different usernames. The deposits show up on my Primedice transaction logs, but the funds were not added to my balance.

This is huge amount of money to me.  Primedice support was not helping me.  I was panicking.  So I decided to do an experiment.  For one issue, I would go on bitcointalk.org and relentlessly make this issue public.  For the other issue, I would be patient and deal only with Primedice support.    Guess which issue was resolved?  The one where I publicized it on bitcointalk.org.  I was refunded 15.2 BTC.  I was given an extra bitcoin.  

I don't want the extra bitcoin.

This is a very stressful issue for me to deal with.  When I sit down and start dealing with this issue, my adrenal glands start to pump and my stomach starts to hurt like I have an ulcer.  So I avoided dealing with this second deposit issue.

I was working on a home construction project the other day and injured myself operating heavy equipment.  Now my stomach hurts pretty much 24/7.  I pulled a muscle in my abdomen or something.

So now I realized that my stomach just hurts no matter what I do. So I sit down and deal with this issue, and my stomach still hurts, but it is hurting no matter what, you see. This is why I am just dealing with this now.  

I don't want sympathy, I am just stating the facts of what happened.  After the first issue was resolved, I felt like Primedice could be trusted and just waited for them to fix the other account.  I sent the occasional email to support every week or so to ask about the status.

The bottom like is that this deposit shows up in my transaction log, but it was never added to my balance.  Dyatrev, I don't expect you to take my word for it.  I am asking Micro, Stunna and Primedice support to look at the records.  If they look at the records they will see this is all true.

Please note that you need to provide actual evidences of your case (transaction ID's of deposit(s) in question, screenshots of your PD address,name,and from transactionstab : withdrawals,tips,and deposits)
If you indeed are not credited,and are wronged -  i have no doubt that primedice will come forward and fix the issue, but if you're trying to "pull something off", lie and not present your entire
case, it will come out and you won't benefit from it.

What is needed is facts and evidences, as i am sure you can understand that you can't trust people just based on their word, and the fact that u waited this long is shady at best, no matter the excuses u may have.
To me it's almost incredible that PD would intentionally mess with people's deposits/funds, but i guess it's possible they made an oversight,and if so ; it's on you to prove it.

He was using pd as coin mixer so that made some issues with his first deposit but we sorted that out and gave him some extra for waiting.

Now he is trying to get that for every deposit he makes.

Sorry from my resources it just looks like its everything credited 100% .
Your account shows 0 btc difference which means everything adds up.

Only thing i can do now is to promise that i will forward this to ours developers and to admins and Stunna and i will update with what i get from them.

@fortyseconds is not accusing anybody here,hope he will get it resolved but 5 months is a very long gap,prime dice is having some issues for some time ,the site was not working properly,the chat was a mess for some time and so on. i missed to happy hours yet again,when will i be able to get in at the perfect time
