Now it became a standard practice of exchanges to reward those who hold/stake the tokens and not only exchanges.

A lot of depends from the project and its development. If tokens of project are in demant bounty hunters do not sell them.

audit is now very popular and if there is such a service then I think it has a great chance to become successful and popular, but still not everyone will be comfortable to work with cryptocurrencies.
