I'm unable to login to my account but I have (had) 2FA on. I have sent a PM with my particulars but I haven't heard back anything.

We replied to you via PM.

A PM on bitcointalk is usually a really bad way to get a a hold of us for important issues. Submitting a support ticket (through a new account) is the best way, as it goes directly to our support team. Sending an email to  support@nitrogensports.eu also works.

We don't check PMs here as often.

Thank you! Chalk it up to an out of sync authenticator.

Am finding the match grading pretty slow, still waiting on NHL match grading from yesterday.

condor335 - Your deposit has now been processed

Thanks Freddie Prinz Jr, how come we never got a sequel to Wing Commander or She's All That? That's the real tragedy we should be focusing on in this thread.

Same here, no reply yet. I'm still confident it'll be refunded though.

Can confirm they just got in touch with me and deposited the outstanding balance immediately.

What is happening with the deposits that were never sent through on Feb 26th?

So far, nothing, no word. I'm lucky I'm only out 0.09btc
11  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitBook.biz - Bitcoin sportsbook - Instant Withdrawals - Widely Trusted on: March 01, 2014, 08:57:42 PM
Still not received deposit from a few days ago during the troubles. Lost 0.09 BTC from site being down.

I was pretty lucky to have taken out all by BTC before the site went down. However, I made a small deposit while the site was having problems and now that the site is back up the deposit isn't showing up at all.

Here is the address

I bet on Canada (OT Included) +0

Did I win? My bet hasn't been settled yet
15  Economy / Gambling / Re: BitBook.biz - Bitcoin sportsbook - Instant Withdrawals - Widely Trusted on: February 21, 2014, 02:39:39 PM
Is this option to determine to overall winner of the game including overtime?

http://imgur.com/UCsZ4eV

yes (therefore the "OT included")

that means if you bet on USA it doesn´t matter if they win in regulation time or overtime
or in the penalty shootout  Wink

Thanks, the whole +0 thing was super confusing, why couldn't they just label it ML OT included like regular NHL?

I call bs

Well, bad call Bitpop.

There it is. Do you need me to repost the email, or you think you can look it up for yourself? It's a couple of pages ago.

Blueblade, you're full of crap.

You can see here that you send 0.25 BTC and here you can see that you recieve 0.2811 BTC.

Again, you send 0.25 BTC as shown here and then send another 0.05 as shown here. You then recieve 0.25 BTC as shown here.

They're the only transfers to and from your address, 1PSnLUwMqAa6qXb9XkMcFekAsntJbHwNNx (excluding that final 1 BTC). That would mean you never received a return for that 0.05 payment and the last payment you received was the same amount as what you sent.

So why would you receive 1 BTC when you were only owed 0.05? Yet you clearly was sent 1 BTC, which only makes sense if you were complicit in the scam. Now, if we look at your posting history, your first post here was to promote MiningUnited as shown here.

It's my opinion that you are the scammer who was running the site.

I was leaning this way too, but didn't want to be the first to say it. Also how he tried to dissuade people from reporting the scam to the FBI. I think he really is afraid of the law. Can't a mod or admin just tell us his IP address? Remember, there is a 50BTC bounty on his ass/head.

I agree with the lol @ FBI. does anyone really think the FBI would even touch this case? A possible scam of less then 10,000 USD, from a illegitimate currancy, with no central authority oversight? I get being pissed, but with no tangible goods being stolen, the fact that its not a government recognised currancy, and supposedly world wide victims, they wouldn't touch it. The current complaints will get filed in the circular file cabinet.

Actually I think the opposite, feds have been going after Bitcoin recently and this would be perfect for them for framing Bitcoin in a negative light.

Lol @ FBI complaint , did any one even read terms & conditions miningunited.com.
Bullshit, you cannot write anything you want in those terms and bam everything is fine.
Otherwise a big website like facebook could update their terms that everyone agrees to buy a toaster for $1000.

I think most damage done here is by btccheap.com which is real scam website , hacked miningunited.com & screwed it up for lot of folks.
Do you still believe in santa clause?

You're 100% right, writing up he takes no liability does not actually release him of liability. I could sign a waiver saying I release you from indemnity if I get hurt doing something, but if I get hurt you're STILL legally responsible. It doesn't matter what the waiver says.

This is why he's backtracking and buying time.

I'm giving it a day or so to see if I'm refunded... about 4BTC. Otherwise, I'm all set to file at ic3.gov. And, the eBay guy is on the top of my list for being "the man" or a close part of it. I have all his information.

I think this is why he's scared. He knows he left a shitload of digital fingerprints. Also about the TOS, a lot of times it doesn't matter. If I put somewhere in my TOS that I don't have to pay, that can all be challenged in court and elsewhere.
