2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Please Help Me Double SPend on: January 17, 2017, 06:59:50 PM
I just recently upgraded electrum to the latest version. I use it with my trezor. For some reason it sent this transaction with a horribly low fee.

Is there anyway that I can generate a raw transaction to double spend? The trick is I need to sign it with my trezor? Is this possible?

Thanks,

Thank you,

that is interesting I can spend them using electrum. So if I were to spend the unconfirmed transaction with a high fee how would that help?
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / unconfirmed transaction! 1 1/12 days on: December 02, 2016, 08:51:15 PM
I have an unconfirmed  transaction. It has been 1 1/12 days and is still unconfirmed. Was the fee bad? Or is the network just overloaded?

8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Multibit and Unconfirmed Transaction Hours Later on: June 15, 2016, 06:45:34 PM
I sent money from my trezor using multibit 6 hours ago and I still don't have a confirmation. 4.879 bitcoins with a .0001 fee. It says it has been seen by 7 peers. Has it propagated?

I use a trezor with multibit. Like always when i need to receive bitcoin I hit the request button and use that address. I have just sent 7.9 Bitcoins to that address and it is not showing as an unconfirmed balance? I am freaking out! Waiting for a confirmation to see what happens but this is not normal. It normally will instantly show as unconfirmed. Any ideas?
11  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betcoin Issue on: June 08, 2016, 08:27:13 PM
I am glad it was resolved and understand the security. Scary though
12  Economy / Gambling / Re: Betcoin Issue on: June 06, 2016, 08:41:08 PM
Lol, they just replied with:

Withdrawals sent and account open. We are working hard to combat collusion and abuse and this may cause an inconvenience at times. Good luck!

So they fixed everything. It is solved
13  Economy / Gambling / Betcoin Issue on: June 06, 2016, 08:21:15 PM
I have really enjoyed betcoin. It has been great until recently. Be careful!!

I went over to my fathers house who is also getting into bitcoin. I logged into my betcoin account from his computer and played 3 or 4 sit and go

tournaments. I broke even and went through the withdraw process. After I logged out he wanted to create an account. So he did. He played one three dollar tournament and lost. The next day I

noticed that my withdraw (100 dollars worth) had not been processed. My father called and said his account was suspended. I have tried to explain to betcoin what happened but they have been nothing but rude over

there live chat. It has been over 35 hours and no withdrawal or answers to my ticket! Live chat says my bitcoin could be taken! WTF!!

I understand the security and why this happened, but it has been impossible to clear up.

We were never signed on together at the same time nor did we play any poker games together. There rules state 1 account per household. We live in separate households. It does not help that there

customer service is rude and threatens you with stealing your bitcoin. Just don't know what to do.
14  Bitcoin / Mining support / Antminer s7 solid beep on: December 02, 2015, 10:40:54 PM
I have 2 antminers going and came home to one with a high pitched beep sound but it was constant. I tried to connect it to the status to see what was going on and could not connect to it. I just restarted it. I will update you on what happens. What does this beep mean? Freaking out!

Paul

UPDATE

I rebooted it. It then started beeping. I got a beep every second or so. It was not constant like before. I powered down, rebooted the router, and tried it again. It seems like it is working now but that was weird!
15  Economy / Exchanges / Gemini Vs Coinbase on: November 29, 2015, 05:51:52 PM
Anyone try Gemini? I have been selling bitcoins through coinbase and everything is smooth! It is amazing how quick the funds are in my banks account! I have sold at 7:00 am and received the bitcoin in my bank that day! I am starting to get a little worried tho. I have sold more than I bought on coinbase. Is this a problem? Should I sell somewhere else 2? I just opened up a Gemini account and am going to give it a shot. I just don't see how it can get any better then coinbase!

16  Bitcoin / Legal / Taxes..COinBase on: November 29, 2015, 10:05:28 AM
I know this has been brought up. I get mixed answers though. Is coinbase reporting to the IRS? If I have bought, sold, and mined bitcoin but have made no money
do I have to report that on my taxes?

Thanks,
Paul

17  Bitcoin / Mining support / antminer s7 HW error on: November 23, 2015, 05:13:23 AM
Thanks for all the help! still learning.

I have 2 antminers running on 2 1300 EVGA g2's (220V). One has practically no errors

UP 2.5 Days
HW 181  0.0001% 0.0001%

My second has more! a lot more! Is this normal? What exactly is a HW error? Could it be the power supply on the second one not performing?

18  Bitcoin / Hardware / Antminer S7 Questions on: November 21, 2015, 05:03:37 PM
I have bought 2 antminer s7's on ebay and they both seem to be doing well. I do notice that one of them seems to have a loose board in the middle. When I go to unplug a 6 pin pcie from the middle hashing board the board moves upwards a little. Is this normal? How are these things held together in there? I have all o's and my temps are normal so I am just curious if anyone else has noticed this?

19  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Antminer Batches? on: November 10, 2015, 12:11:10 AM
got it! so generally anything under 1% is acceptable. my 0.0093% would qualify as normal. If it read 1.0000% or more then it would be a problem. It could cause reboots or be a sign of failing chips. Some antminers will have more HW errors then others and it is just the way it was built.

So if I were to buy my second one.. I should stay away from a batch 1 because some have reported that it does not run at spec. Which is + or - 5%. Should I be upset that mine is only 4.795 TH/S and 0.0093%?

Thank you again for the help!
20  Bitcoin / Hardware / Re: Antminer Batches? on: November 09, 2015, 11:26:27 PM
Lol. I am still learning. This forum has been a huge help. It did make me nervous to get one on ebay. like someone earlier said they could be selling it because there not happy with the performance.

But my HW is 8727 after 24HRS and 0.0092% .. is this normal? What is the error rate? thank u for all your help.
