1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you secretive about trading currency? on: June 19, 2019, 01:39:04 AM
It is very difficult for someone to tell us how their trade and the trading strategy they are using but we just need to accept the fact that most people are secrecy on their trading plan and strategy. I only tell people about my trading ideas but how I arrived at those ideas are hinding in the depth of my heart and I do believe that others traders are like that too.

I only reveal to my friends regarding the trading success I had, but I warned them for possible failure based on bow I experienced. Being secretive on trading currency? Yes indeed I am that kind but only for those I think that's not sure in the long run. Because I may fail other people too, if we're both picking those possible failure trading investments.

3  Economy / Economics / Re: Does engaging with bitcoins put you at risk? on: June 07, 2019, 08:14:37 PM
Any interaction with investments is associated with risks, whether it be investments in stocks, real estate or a crypto market, especially in a crypto market. Such investments can be called highly risky at short distances and a little less risky at long distances.

Everything in this world involving money was really putting us at risk, not just by bitcoin engagement. We're also facing the risk even in physical job, basic task and other activities that involves your presence. That's how life works on our entire lives, so with bitcoin I don't think it always put us at risk because once you knew everything on how to handle it; profit can be ten folds. The potential of having great price of your holdings, is always there to benefit you. All you need is to have wider imagination and big dreams in life as well as courage to face the daily challenge while being part of the risk on bitcoin's journey.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin vs Traditional Payment Processors on: June 07, 2019, 08:04:49 AM
I wonder in the next 10 years traditional payment processing will be eliminated by 80% although there's some institutions remained using old methods, but most of the modern ways will be much appreciated. Bitcoin's payment transactions can be done in a convenient way, that's why online transactions diverted to another options which can expedite their mode of payments and have bigger returns of investments. Traditional payment is trusted to have sustainable profit, but with modern ways using digital currency; it has no barriers to consider with respect to delays compared with old system.
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: More Bitcoin commercials coming!!! on: June 07, 2019, 02:48:01 AM
Any bitcoin commercials will be supporting a bitcoin based business and not just bitcoin.  It is tragedy of the commons, who is going to spend money on solely promoting bitcoin.  At that point you are just paying to pump other peoples bags.

Of course the advertised bitcoin related business will benefit once the information will circulate around the world. If that paid ads will help with the pump of btc price, I think the demand will soon increase in numbers. That a matter of decisions when we see other investors bags will gain and take their profit after the effect of the pump, but we could also do our part when the right time will come. As many people will support many developments like the commercials that will come right after the other, positive results is the outcome in the end.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Instead of Gambling Invest in the BANKROLL on: June 07, 2019, 01:52:22 AM
Cryptogames offering investing at their "Bankroll", Honestly i was really interested with investing of the "Bankroll" at gambling sites. I reading their term & condition about the investment of bankroll, still can't understand about that. For right now i just found 1 site for investing at the Bankroll, I think this can be other option for the player who don't wants to a gamble.
If you have enough money on your savings and not moving to earn, maybe it's time to grab any opportunities like that. But we have to be careful as it was still part of gambling strategies. Although bank roll system was the concern here, it doesn't give the assurance to earn more profit as other people expects. However, as bankroll run smoothly with strong funded betting games platform I think the potential profit is having a good future.
7  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling.. way to loss on: June 06, 2019, 10:24:57 PM
For greater resistance to sportsbooks and casino and to reduce potential losses, it is better to use the betting strategyes. Complete list of betting strategies can be found here: http://sportstatist.com/betting-strategies/

That strategy could work for us only if we have a control for ourselves so we can apply one by one of the strategies. But if you cannot control yourself, then I don't think that the strategies will work because controlling ourselves will be the important things that every gambler should have. But you are free to use the strategies but still be careful to use your money, and you need to prevent the big loss in the gambling games.

That's very important to know different strategies even if you can't handle exactly the winning keys to success. Preventing losses is a very serious aspect when it comes to unknown probables in gambling bets that you've been doing. Self control must be learned and not just a rules to follow for your daily bets, so you could make a strong foundation that will support you in daily basis because gambling will always prevail its goal to beat you most of the time.
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why I hate Banks and love Bitcoin :-> on: June 06, 2019, 08:54:50 PM
I pay for my monthly satellite TV subscription with a bank transfer and for some obscure reason I forgot to pay it this month. I was still watching the World cup Cricket tournament, when a message popped up, saying that my account was in the arrears and they blocked my viewing.

I immediately logged into my internet Banking and checked my payment history and realized that I skipped that payment for some reason, so I made the payment and thought I would wait for a hour or two and then resume viewing. Noooot!

I had a similar story, recently my internet provider bumped their prices, but I didn't notice it and paid the old price, so they cut my connection off. I phoned them and explained the situation, they immediately restored my connection and gave me 24 hours to pay the rest of the sum, I logged into by online bank, send them the money which confirmed instantly, end of the story.
So, the speed and overall user experience is not universal to all banks, and from what I've heard banks in the US are notoriously bad, while in Europe they are pretty good. The most important difference between Bitcoin and banks is that Bitcoin let's you control your money, which is a guarantee that no one will take your money away.

The statement was really subjective and aggressive which concluded that hated banks totally, so the love of bitcoin begun because of every bad experiences from banks. If you belong to the banks, I don't think  your freedom remained that easy and comfortable. Unlike with bitcoin our financial liberation was there, and banks cannot overpower us in terms of how we use the funds that we had. There's no barrier to consider when it comes to transactions due to blockchain technology that gives us faster service that we needed to comply our required task for the crypto funds that we have.
9  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How to explain blockchain/Bitcoin to millennials on: June 06, 2019, 02:08:00 PM
Hi, I'm not new to bitcoin & blockchain and I'm a full time trader with quite a little knowledge on tech background. I do trade cryptocurrency coins and studied a lot on blockchain technology. But I have a question, I always stumbled across this in my mind when people ask me why blockchain is the future, why should you care and buy?  Anybody can give me some tips and answer for this?

Would appreciate it.

If anyone is interested enough, they can learn about blockchain on their own. Understand bitcoin and blockchain are not the same thing which is what most people don't understand but if you educate them on an enterprise that have embedded blockchain without bitcoin it will interest them to learn more about it.
Learning by their own cannot be done easily due to some factors, which might destruct the minds of newbies who wanted to acquire such knowledge about bitcoin and blockchain. If I wanted to explain briefly about bitcoin to millennials, maybe I would suggest some funny examples which made them more interested. There must be intimate discussions that will be followed by the millennial participants, and financial experiences is one of the best part that could attract them to acquire basic informations in order to gain step by step knowledge.
10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading stressful for you? on: June 06, 2019, 01:03:09 PM
Yes that I myself have experienced this. under any circumstances or usual trading. someone will definitely experience a condition where they will be stressed when indeed a large loss or technical error occurs.
But you don't allow that to happen to you all the time, as you improve, you also need to learn how to control your emotion.
Accepting the fact that you being a trader would also loss, therefore losing is just a normal to you.

With your ability to control your emotion, that would certainly help you to focus on your future and improve yourself in trading.

It's nice to hear about emotional control mate, but if you're on the crucial situations with trading I can't definitely stand against the reality vs. conviction. Trading really a stressful thing when it comes to decision making, specially those times that you're in need of money to spend for and yet you're dedicated to hold those important coins that you had with you. Sometimes you ended up to become weaker handed traded for the sake of financial purposes, which you need in order to be comforted by your spending needs.
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: Little dip in bitcoin market, will it be recovered reach 10k on: June 06, 2019, 02:42:25 AM
It's alright to see slight dip of bitcoin price market value, because more buyers will be given the right opportunities to purchase less cheaper btc. Technically the price recovery was still working out in order to correct price manipulation on some group of anonymous holders. Possibly $10k was the main goal  for each long term traders who aimed an established price of bitcoin, and hopefully someday this month of June we will see great surprises that will shock everyone, which entirely create positive effect for the whole cryptocurrency community.
12  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price Will be 11,500 by June 2019! on: June 05, 2019, 09:50:40 PM
You got a good analysis of information. A few months ago, I stopped caring about prediction because all of were garbage and shit. But now some technical predictions brought my interest. I heard a prediction that the Bitcoin price would go to 9100-9200 USD when the price was 8100 USD! So, finally, that predictions were great! So, Bitcoin at 11K USD is very much possible in this year but I will not fix a month or time frame for it!
the current price is quite close to the price of $ 11k, but I think we need to wait until the price of bitcoin can break the price of $ 9k this month. at present, the price of bitcoin begins with a considerable decline in June. but I think at the end of the month, prices will return to goodness. the potential of having a high price is certainly so great.
It is the problem last week bitcoin was going to near to $9000 but it will down and now value is $7,700 plus. I hope $9k will hitted so we can have assurance bitcoin will continue to increasing.  But maybe we still need to give bitcoin more time and this month still not done yet so bitcoin have 3 weeks more to prove that can see the $11,5000 this June.

I think there's a huge number of dumpers from last week's price rally, which normally occurs when price had trending increase. We can't stop that scenario and it usually tend to have an bigger factor to pull price down. Many expected $11.5k or much higher this June, and maybe to hope for reality is my stand for now. I will just go for the outcome and not by predictions, and no matter the price will be it doesn't stop me for holding my asset in order to gain the maximum profit in the future.
13  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Whats better holding many coins or fewer coins? on: June 05, 2019, 08:37:01 PM
If you hold lots of useless coins also you don't have the the opportunity to get the profit easily and also if you hold less amount of best currency for long time then also you can get less profits only so you need to hold lots of good currencies only you can make huge profit in your future
Holding many coins is a best option regardless Of which coin you hold but the more quantity will enable you to earn more. It is super excellent if you hold the Bitcoins in large quantity which will enable you to have massive profit in future. Coins other than the Bitcoin will give you the opportunity to make less profit but its large quantity will enable you to earn much more as we described in the case of Bitcoin.

Sometimes it's not good to hold more of those coins when you're not certain at all times mate. Probably when one of them soar higher at good price value, then you'll be able to appreciate the goodness of it just like the potential profits which may benefit you quickly. Right now, as bitcoin price still actively spiking and having signs that it could arise a better and amazing trend, I think this is out biggest opportunity to grab some cheaper valued coins that had reached a tremendous rise from previous years. The potential is always there to happen as long as bullish trend will occur randomly.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will You Advise Newbies To Enter Bitcoin Now? on: June 05, 2019, 07:39:51 PM
You are always a newbie when you start doing something for the first time. At some point you will have to start from somewhere or else you will always remain a newbie. But looks like you are talking about new users to enter the market to make profit. Is bitcoin or other crypto currencies all about profit? Don't you think there is more to learn from crypto currencies rather than just thinking about the profit?
Thinking for the profit is one of first reason why a person undergo risk of doing trading with bitcoin, or something interesting with them. New users entering bitcoin for the seek of gaining profit isn't appropriate, while he doesn't have the acquired knowledge through it. It should be done together with a fully skilled buddy or friend who also been doing bitcoin holdings, and yet have long time experience on how bitcoin works for his entire life.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Invest in thinking, Do not worry later. on: June 05, 2019, 09:47:57 AM
If you think much about investing, investing can not be beneficial. Investments must be understood, but if you think more about investing, you can not invest in the right time. If you want to invest, you must keep in mind the losses. Without the consequences of the loss, success in the crypto world can never be achieved. So, we should not think much about investment.
if you don't understand crypto, you certainly won't be able to make profits from crypto. whatever investment you choose if you have no knowledge about it then you will not be able to profit. You can't gamble on investment if you want greater chance then you have to learn about the investment, you choose in this case is crypto, then you should learn everything about crypto, when to buy, when to sell, about fluctuations and any others thing
We can't prevent ourselves to worry after being part of a certain investments, because that really involved a lot of money. If you wanted to test the depth of a river, then don't do it by both feet so you won't be in danger. Just like with investments you should be able to determine first what the capability of the asset that you're going to deal with. Much better using only few amount of money as a good start, so that you can obtain a confidence during those times that your asset started to grow a sustainable value.
16  Economy / Economics / Re: Why everyone learn from Warren Buffett? on: June 04, 2019, 10:14:22 PM
People follow Buffett advice because he is successful in what he does and many want to emulate him, however if anyone lost money with his advice or find it to be not good enough then this could simply mean that you need to find your own money making formula, what works for one person is not going to necessarily work for another since many things depend on your personality, most cannot be long term holders because they do not have the necessary patience to keep holding their coins or stocks when the price goes down but that does not mean they do not have what it is necessary to become successful since they could become traders instead and make money that way.
When you listen to what Warren will advice to us, it means so valuable as time goes by. Right now as people applied his principles of not pulling all eggs in one basket, I guess it made a huge difference in all aspects of business as well as bitcoin does for long time. For now, as the learnings and knowledge took place on all people behind crypto, many of us value the importance of saving and spending.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Who is going to win the NBA FINALS MVP? on: June 04, 2019, 09:47:04 PM
I'll go for Stephen Curry, he is the Warriors clutch player who delivers the goods when they need it badly, he has proven that so many times in the past and this year is no different, he keeps getting better every year and as long as they have the same starting five, they will always win the finals.

As we all knew it Steph Curry has been doing such good performances with his previous legacy in basket, so there's no wonder he'll become the potential NBA finals mvp. Hopefully he can do it by success during the finals game, although the court was so hard to beat due to more player around him whose capable to achieve that title. However, as long as he maintained that stable and strong playing skills it's not impossible to happen as long as their team render the best team up, which shows up synchronized team play.
18  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin as a leading currency? on: June 04, 2019, 09:25:14 PM
The government and the banks won't allow the system of digital currencies to rule the world. Even if digital assets are more efficient, low cost and more secure, they won't allow it to happen simply because they have no control over it. And in the future for sure, cryptocurrencies like bitcoin will be the most effective form of doing financial transactions.
Banks really disagree with the existence of bitcoin. they consider this to be their competitor because of the blockchain that makes every transparent transaction able to create a new system that is more trusted.
They don't need to like bitcoin but they benefit the blockchain, there are banks who are using stable coin for their business and they also want to promote transparency, so it's an evidence that bitcoin is very helpful for their business as without bitcoin there will be no blockchain.
Bitcoin now is now is more important as an investment because there are a lot of coins better than bitcoin as a payment system.

Indeed bitcoin can help in many ways not just businesses, but also for those people who wanted to change their traditional way of payment. Cashless way of using money as a mode of transaction is the best benefit that we can acquire once bitcoin will become a leading currency. But for now it cannot be appreciated yet with other non users, because it wasn't introduced publicly and yet some other people didn't view it as legit way of using money digitally.
19  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BTC Dump: Pure Whale Manipulation on: June 04, 2019, 05:47:33 PM
The BTC dump today was completely manufactured:

About 20-30 mins before the dump, a whale moved 25k BTC (worth $215M) to Coinbase.Link

About an hour after the dump, a whale moved 14k BTC (worth $112M) from Coinbase to another wallet: Link

40 mins after that, a whale moved 11k BTC (worth $88M) from Coinbase to another wallet: anchor

15 mins after that, a whale moved 10M USDT from one wallet to another: Link

If you do a little math and follow the timeline, it's not hard to see that someone dumped 25k BTC for $215M and bought it back shortly after for $200M. In doing so, they pocketed $15M and walked away with the same amount of BTC as they started with.

Fuckers.

Edit: For all those saying that no one was complaining when a whale entering the market drove the price us. No shit, all boats rise in that situation. In the one we're talking about here, only one group of people benefit whereas the vast majority are negatively impacted. That's the difference.

Source for the original post

Very well said it is a good analysis and the sad part is, they can do this over and over again, but what can we do it's an open market and this is always subject for manipulation, Bitcoin has a lot of whales around it, something should be done about this in the future.

Then we must be prepared all the time, and if you think manipulation was still the hindrance of bitcoin price increase I guess you'll have to ride on it. Yeah lots of whales made this situation became so hard to recover, but I do believe eventually we will overcome this matter soon. We should stay positive and don't ever lose grip until the last breath that you have.
20  Economy / Speculation / Re: What is your BITCOIN price prediction this year? on: June 03, 2019, 10:38:30 PM
This year's bitcoin price, I would rather say it's a very unpredictable matter with respect to the developing stage for its price. As we all knew the current situation might have surprised everybody for the last few days, seeing positive trend had commenced. The stabilized price at $8k and beyond made people be back on track, so I must expect price to reach at $10k by the end of June this year. I can't preferably say for definite value of btc until December, but I do hope nearly $20k can be achieve soon once demand and price corrections will be overcome.
