If I understood right , he is not giving Skrill or PayPal as collateral but he wants to get them as a loan if Bitcoin isn't possible .

I want to try to mine some FTC. Can i use just every miner? I was thinking for an Antminer U3 if thats possible.
Or is there a better miner for $100?
