While it's impossible to get a loan here unless you provide some valid collateral , I suggest making a BTCJam account and verify your account using ID , income proof , Paypal account , Bank account etc .... and then ask for a loan. I'm pretty sure you will get something there since you are not asking for that much.

For a loan you need a collateral, when you put no valid collateral it becomes charity as the person lending you should not expect to get back his investment.
