I wish to transact with somebody that has a reputation on this forum, and has successfully finished relevant exchanges on this forum.

Based on what I've read, btc is the only method through which you are 99% safe to do exactly what you'd like, no matter the nature of your business.

Only problem is, after I've registered, there was nothing stating the four hour and 5 posts rule. I first thought I had to receive a confirmation email or, be approved by a moderator..
