1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to stay away from gambling? suggestions ? on: June 17, 2016, 11:10:17 PM
As a person who has overcome several addictions my best advice is to surround yourself with people that also do not want to do the addiction you're trying to avoid.
This can be groups focused on overcoming addiction or it can be online groups discussing overcoming addiction and of course, it really all does boil down to simply agreeing not to do it and not doing it.
2  Economy / Economics / Re: Are electric cars bad for the oil industry? on: June 17, 2016, 11:03:37 PM
this time I think that it will not affect at all, except, the car is recommended for use, and use of a car wearing perlarangan oil. I am sure this car will have a very high price, maybe people will think that it is better to buy cars that use oil because it has a very low price. but this is only opinion I think about

It'd be a very LONG time for electric vehicles to hurt the oil industry. Diesel trucks will still hauling goods for long time.
The only way I can see oil crashing so fast(if even possible) is the fact that trains are ran by electricity. But even those, they are supplied electricity by the massive generator/engine inside. So oil still thrives. But in the long run, we only have so much oil.

3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's stopping people from using bitcoin? on: June 17, 2016, 10:56:58 PM
Most of people do not use bitcoin because they dont have bitcoin.Regular traditional job still do not pay in bitcoin, earning bitcoin in part time is not possible for everyone because of limited availability of such jobs for all type of skills.
Faucet can never give you any considerable amount of bitcoin, who wouldn't use if he has something valuable in possession? So how are they suppose to use something which they dont have?
4  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will bitcoin go back to bellow $400? on: June 06, 2016, 10:25:06 AM
Soon $415 again and later $391. See the bear flag forming after May 19th. If it keeps on dwindling we'll be in the low 300s after summer.

The price is higher than $440 now. It seems that the bitcoin price will not drop to $390 in the near future.

Bitcoins will go below 400$ after the Halving. The reason is that at the Halving everyone will start selling their coins to get maximum profit and there will be no buyer at that time who is willing to invest in bitcoins. So when everyone selling the price will go down hugh paces and it can g down to even 200$

This could probably happen on the first few days after halving. People will dump their coins on the first opportunity of real profit. Then, the real users will kick in and.will drive the price back up. The price will stabilize after that and that will be good for all of us.
Let's hope that would happen, but the price for sure will not go back anymore to $400, we are very happy now with the current price and after the halving if the price will be stable, I would be happy to see it stable at even $700.

You can now see that the value of Bitcoin is now rising slowly and that is really nice for the Bitcoin but it will be really hard to know what will happen with the Bitcoin later.
But the chance is not that high that it will reduce because the halving is also coming towards to us.
5  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoins safe? on: May 23, 2016, 12:19:48 PM
No off course is the bitcoin not safe it is just an number written by your computer so everyone can chase that number and steal your coins its not that easy but for hackers it is so they are never save no where.
6  Economy / Speculation / Re: 1 BTC = 1000$ in 2016 on: May 09, 2016, 12:33:17 PM
Bitcoin will be not that much worth this year and that is quite bad but it will be not that much worth because the value is not even going to that high soon because it keeps stable for a long time.
But the best thing is that you have to know that will takes a long time until it will reach that high value.
The halving is coming and that can be nice for the Bitcoin but the most people are not for sure that they can earn some profit with it and that is nice.
But it is hard to know for what will happen with the value because that can be bad because it keep stable for a long time.
7  Economy / Economics / Re: Should I believe in Bitcoin ? on: April 13, 2016, 11:48:11 AM
It is good to believe in Bitcoins because many people are knowing that the value will be nice in the future and that Bitcoin will have also a good future later and that is because more things is getting digital.
And if you can buy some more stuff online than it will be great to pay with Bitcoin itself and that is the best thing for Bitcoin.
8  Economy / Economics / Re: What if US Dollar Crashes? on: April 11, 2016, 11:08:01 AM
Dollar will not crash that fast, as you can see Dollar is now also many used and that is nice, we all know that Bitcoin is getting be more popular and more used but that will not get effected to Dollar.
The world is also getting more digital and that is good for Bitcoin because Dollar will than become useless and that can be bad for the currency.
9  Economy / Economics / Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter? on: March 23, 2016, 11:09:08 AM
The price is very important. If the value doesnt matter. Than why we have all Bitcoin. The value is very important for us.
Because you can earn some money with it and that is quite good. But you never know what will happen later of course with the value.
10  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: March 09, 2016, 11:32:08 AM
Yes I'm holding the bitcoin for a price increase because you can make a lot of profit if you ask me.
Also the point is that the bitcoin will get a price increase this year because of the halving so that is pretty nice.
11  Economy / Speculation / Re: Price Increase Incoming. on: February 17, 2016, 11:40:52 AM
Get ready to dump some coins because a mini spike is going to happen in the next 48 hrs.
How do I know? You ask...

Because I just sold some btc. If it works out the same as every other time I've needed to liquidate, the price will go up at least 15 dollars before tomorrow night.

Just a friendly heads up

Seems like luck was finally on your side.
You sold and the price didn't go up.  Grin

You need of course if you do that,
Also the price will increase for sure, we just need to wait for the halving that is coming.
12  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I'll try to pay my dentist with BTC on: February 10, 2016, 11:43:58 AM
At the end of the month, I'll fly to Budapest for some heavy dental work, and I'm planning to pay with BTC. Has anyone ever paid his/her dentist with BTC? The dentist I'll see mostly has foreign patients traveling to Hungary because it's much cheaper, so BTC would be convenient for many of them. Any argument I could use to convince my dentist?

I think it won't work. Every doctor, dentist that I've met are greedy people... They won't understand and accept BTC...

I'm thinking the same, the most are greedy.
They just want to make money, they do not care about the bitcoin.
13  Economy / Speculation / Re: It is Buy time! on: January 21, 2016, 11:41:57 AM
When the price was at 360 that was the buy time, but still you can buy. I am sure that after the halving or this year is just going to be increasing a lot more than last year so buy and buy.
14  Economy / Speculation / Re: um.. why is the price going up? on: January 08, 2016, 12:08:31 PM
Because it is and is nice to see that finally bitcoin is back in track now we can hopefully see a 500 dollar for bitcoin.
I am just hoping at the end of this year around 800 dollars.
15  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is there such a big problem with Satoshi? on: December 11, 2015, 11:31:56 AM
I think it's because people would like to know who invented the amazing bitcoin. Other than that I don't think he's really relevant.
We're all satoshi, we are the bitcoin users.
16  Other / Off-topic / Re: 2016, The Year of Bitcoin? on: November 30, 2015, 12:41:56 PM
Well just one moth is 2016 so I think it will be that now the price of bitcoin is kinda incresing.

17  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you wish you could buy with btc ? on: November 17, 2015, 12:35:48 PM
Buying day to day stuff like food and regular stuff you use everyday around your house

I know that in some online webshops you're already able to that

But not yet where I'm living
