Bitcoins will go below 400$ after the Halving.
haha, you wish. those days are over my friend. there is a good buy support in bitcoin that doesn't let the price go down. especially after the halving with all the hype and the decreased supply the price will only rise. Sub $400 prices aren't really that far away. When whales want to create a massive amount of panic by dumping the price down, others will panic sell and cause the price to tank even further. It's easy to assume the price will go up because of the block halving, but a lot people don't keep in mind that the block halving may already be calculated in the current price for more than 75%. I don't see any present or incoming reason why would whales sell their bitcoins. Some whales might have a personal financial problem from time to time and sell his/her bitcoins but that wouldn't affect much the price of bitcoin. Considering that most whales in bitcoins are already rich in real life, it's really unlikely that they would sell their bitcoins because of 'financial problems'. But still you are right, if the biggest whales are somehow a group or friends and since bitcoins price is just 50$ above 400$, they can control the price of bitcoins. If and only if they have a big percentage of bitcoins in their wallets. Whales might sell coins to profit, through a dump and pick up strategy. Drive the price down and when everybody starts selling, pick up some cheap coins.

Price will be above $500 in coming months and I don't think that $400 price is possible at this stage as now it will keep on moving up due to the halving effect.

It is possible for the price to drop to $400 again but I am sure that it is not going to happen for awhile unless the halving comes in and changes things. Only then can the price go back to $400.

I do not think this will happen but I of course do not think is impossible because the fact is that the bitcoin is unpredictable. Its right now around the 450 dollar and I do not think it will go back to that number anytime soon.

With the trend now, it is already impossible to happen, we can see a better picture of it after the halving, the halving will give a significant price increase as majority has expected and in that time it will be more stable price and not going back to $400.

so tell me what's your guess. Will bitcoin continue to hold its price and go pass $500 to hold or should we expect a crash going under $400 before the end of the year?
I am not sure what is going to happen I believe that the price is going to keep rising and pass $500. Then price has been stable for a to long time so the price has to go up for sometime.

Bitcoins will go below 400$ after the Halving.
That is not going to happen.Halving will push up prices to above $500.It is highly unlikely that bitcoin will now go below $400 I agree with that. there is no reason at present for the price to go below $400. As long as people use it, the price will be high. Yeah, truly there is no strong reason for bitcoin to experience a lower price than $400. Rather than the usage when people find the advantageous part of bitcoin the user profile increase which holds the price not to fall beyond certain limits. Yes and I don't see price falling that low sooner or latter as price will keep on moving up as we can expect many new users joining the community in future. don't worry the price will not falling to below $400 but if you expect the price not down a little, it's impossible in bitcoin.

It will fall below $400 if some of the big holders will do the dumping mode but no worries it has low chance to happen. But it's possible. If no bad news will spoil the current support of the current price, no reason for the price to reached below $400.

I do not think the bitcoin will go to the amount of 400 dollar, I even think it will go to a higher amount this upcoming months. The halving will for sure let the price rise this year, so I do not think it will.

In the world of crypto, anything can happen. Never say never. In 2013, People belived it will go tov40k$ in a year but instead, it went to 200$ from 1000$. And it was around 200$ all along the last summer which wasn't too far away from today. When the halving hype is over people who bought from 200$'s will see that the price won't go further so they will dump to collect their profits. Just like they dumped in 2013 from 1000$. I pity those buyers. Don't do stupid things like selling your house and buying bitcoins. ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

If no bad news will spoil the current support of the current price, no reason for the price to reached below $400. It depends on the intentions of the whales, but they will definitely not dump the price down without a reason. They might only do it to trigger stop loss orders or to simply drive the price lower to increase their coin count before pumping the price up again.

They will do dumps for a reason especially if they will have to acquire more coins. It is not really a bad thing because we are getting benefits too if that will happen.

Bitcoin is not going to reduce and that is because you already can see now around this time that the value is rising slowly so that is perfect for the people with already Bitcoin. So the chance is now bigger for them that they can earn more money with it and that is nice they have waited a long time.

It is possible for the Bitcoin price to lower to $400 but I am not ready for that because we have just left that barrier. The price was stable around that amount for a very long time so I do not want to relive that moment again.

I think we've already seen the bottom. A few days ago we have been in the low 430s for a very short time and bounced back up pretty quick!! And although we've a pretty weak volume at the moment the dumpsters haven't been succesful to suppress us even lower. Imo we will see some gains soon. Can't say how much but we will start moving up again.

The trends tell us the price of bitcoins will most likely to go up, as of now, don't expect a price below $400 because of the nearing halving people are buying and keeping bitcoins so it affect the supply to make the price high.

The bottom their is happen for last month when price reach at 390$+ and i think that is the lowest phase of bitcoin for this year and price will continouly go up high now although as you can see price is decreasing slowly but it will bounce back and fight for foes and next month expeculations has made that it is starting the massive buying of all people wanting to join the trend of earners, many have do some research same as i and i see halving have great effect to the value of the coins really impressively.

Soon $415 again and later $391. See the bear flag forming after May 19th. If it keeps on dwindling we'll be in the low 300s after summer.
