Your collateral is only worth ~0.039BTC. Most lenders are going to want collateral that is worth more then the amount of the loan so they can quickly sell the collateral in order to cover the loan in case you fail to repay on time

If you can offer collateral equal to or greater then 120% of the loan amount, then I would be able to fund your loan in full.

Anyone considering to make the loan as written should understand that they are only partially protected against a default and they would effectively be making a no collateral loan for a portion of the loan.
