@leonArdo@margin

Considering purchasing your product but had a question.

At any point do my key/secret get sent to your servers? If so, does that mean all trades are proxied through your servers? Furthermore, if your servers go offline does that make the software redundant and no longer usable?

Cheers!

Hello!

I've tried contacting support twice now without a response so I will now try the forums.

I ordered a card over two weeks ago with getting a confirmation email stating "Your E-Card status has been updated to SHIPPED." but I've yet to receive it!

Can someone please look into this matter for me?

Cheers

Hey,

Perhaps you used Contact US form? It is not working. We do not have answered tickets in support quueue rigth now (well, maybe for the last hour or two only)

Send an email to support@e-coin.io, or PM me your email address - I will check exact dispatch date.

That would be it then, I was using the Contact Us form.

I will go ahead and send an email to the address you specified.

Thanks

It is too early to worry, sometimes it takes up to two months to deliver the card depending of your location...

Alright, I don't mind waiting as long as it shows up.

My friend though who went through the same process received his within just over a week so I'm not sure why I would be any different.

I think you need to post this in the META section, not services.
How exactly is a problem with the service e-coin related to the forum (that's what the meta section is for, discussions about the forum itself in general)?
Service discussion however would be a better fitting section.

None here will be abled to help you much,
you've contacted their support already, best thing you can do now is waiting for them to get back at you.

My apologies.

I'm not 100% sure if this post had any influence on it but my deposit has just cleared.

A moderator can do as he/she wishes with this post and I will keep in mind for next time to put this in it's appropriate place.

6  Economy / Exchanges / E-coin deposit still pending after 4 days. on: April 04, 2016, 08:18:08 AM
Hello,

I deposited BTC into my E-coin account 4 days ago and it still shows on my account as pending even thought there are well over 100+ confirmations.

https://btc.blockr.io/tx/info/f1991358889012ed5679c8f4373a7f2fd545a2818d8ef8e06e743411388783c7

I have attempted to contact their support but I have yet to get a response.

Any suggestion on what to do next? The amount of BTC isn't significant and I could just take the loss but I'd like to at least try to see if I can get this issue resolved.

Cheers,

Syleron

I installed the app on windows no problem.  It looks clean and synced well.

The only problem now is no volume.

I really support this project and will be following it closely.  I think this is a much needed service.

Thank you for working so hard to make this!

I don't think you can trade atm. I have had 1 ltc buy order up for the last 24 hours with nothing happening so. I have also noticed orders are not getting logged or set as mine goes away after I re-open the application.

This is brilliant! I'll will definitely be following this projects progress as well as testing it.

I would like to purchase 2 Archeage Founder Archeum Alpha pack keys. I would like to use an escrow service as my account is fairly new and to give me and the seller confidence.

Please get back with me asap

As it has been said I would think twice about investing btc in any btc stock market platforms. GLBSE was just recently shutdown and I have yet to see the BTC I invested into it.
