....and you think it's normal for a customer to make a flash deposit in BTC and answer that he has to wait 5 days? Have you ever heard of BTC volatility?
The transaction has been confirmed more than 100 times..they have my BTCs!!!!!

Hi, yesterday I sent 0.46 BTC from my blockchain.info wallet to my wirex app account. Usually I sent about 1.5/2 BTC week on this wirex account... After over 20 confirmations I not see my btc on wirex account and I open a ticket:    They told me they have my btc and I will have to wait 3 to 5 days.... I have dozens of cards and accounts on all exchanges and nobody has ever had problems with a BTC deposit, all this is very strange, did it happen to you too? what do you think? |

Last Sunday I have send about 2000 usd in btc with 2 different btc transaction to my btc ewallet address. I didn't received any accredit!!! I opened a support ticket and showed blockchain.info link for every transaction (over 200 confirmations at now). This is WirexApp answer: Good day and sorry for the delayed response. Bitcoins deposit can take some time to actually show up in your wallet. That is because we require 3 confirmations in the blockchain. It seems like your transaction is unconfirmed - which means it was not included in any block. It might happen either because of low ranking, or fee absence, or just some circumstances in the blockchain. In such situations, we usually advise clients to wait (there is nothing we can do about that). Usually, the transaction gets finally included to blocks within 2 weeks or reversed back. Thank you. I appreciate your patience. From some days we have many problems with ATM withdrawals.
We can not withdraw and if we can...only 200 or 300 euros. Why?

The FUD by trolls / competitors / newbie accounts is strong with this thread. This is the Update that was published today in the Advcash News section. We have been able to deal with the bank account issues from earlier. The transfers required to fund our account with our card vendor have already been sent. We expect the card platform to be back to normal on Thursday. The same timeframe applies to withdrawals to third party Visa/MC bank cards. As soon as these system components will start functioning as usual, there will be an update in the News.
As for bank transfers, we are working to bring wallet funding via SWIFT and SEPA back as soon as possible. Currently we are in contact with the bank locating and processing transfers that have not reached our account yet. As soon as they do, they will be credited to corresponding ADV wallets.
We thank you for your understanding and sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

As a replecement for Advcash I was thinking about e-coin, but can not find topic here on the forum to read some opinions. Could anyone give me a link?

e-coin.io working, I'm using it this week but two days ago I load 5btc on my card and wasn't funding on it, now I don't see my btc in wallet balance and I don't see my btc in card balance...I contact support but any answer in 48 hours!!  |

they made another update today. i think they have a chance.
another update?? where?? in the last updating I read that they have problems with wire transfer to ahhahahhaa!! We have whitdrawal all balances. We come back on advcash for next 30/40 days to find some real update. And Andrew will be happy for this!! |

Looks like the issue is permanent. The past experience shows that if it can't be solved in 10 days, really unlikely it will be ever solved.
yes but i'll give it a few more days just in case. I honestly hope that I'm wrong. I like their service. Me too, but I hope in a near future, they will link the accounts with the cards and no need to "load them"... and also give a permanent BTC address to fill the account (would be great for miners). After, the service is perfect. Guys are serious?? Any issue!!! advcash does not have enough money to sustain our business!! Do you remember when their cards not had any daily load limits?? They where drowning!!!!!! They stopped services for 7-10 days and then fix daily limit! Now they do not have enough money to send to card partner!! ...and this is the story!!! |

One week without solving the issue... clearly change your IT team... or bank partners ! Thanks, that's really helpful. I wish it was a simple technical IT team issue, believe me. While the bank is still being slow, we are considering temporary lower card limits so that people can use them at least to an extent. This whole thing is our absolute top priority and right as soon as there are new things to announce (hopefully positive things), I'll rush to whatever computer I have nearby and post an update in the news. Advcash...we from ' Italy will not use your cards with more lower limits . Perhaps to give pocket money to our child..we will think about it! ... But If you have possibility to fund more lower limits...the problem is your!!! Financial Problem?? Please contact me if you will sell some % of your business. Bye. Again, thanks for letting me know. As for your repeated asking what kind of problem this is, everything is explained in the news, I am really not sure what other information I could possibly provide. Pfff!  E-coin and other services that use the same bank have similar problems. No, in this days I'm using e-coin whitout any problems!! |

I apologise if we did not respond to something. We are really overloaded with all kinds of requests on top of this card platform issue and other stuff. There's just too many. Please don't post it here, send as a private message or anything else. Email only, please. Sometimes things happen, I don't know any service or business that has never had any issues. We will do our best to post an update in the news today about the card platform thing. This is a top priority right now and we are doing everything we can. On behalf of the company, I apologise again if something has not been looked into fast enough. I think that everyone understands that there is some factors that you cannot control when resolving problems. It always will be the best to post update on news section after 24h. Now everyone start to bombard your ticket system if there is no update asking the same question. Wishing you to learn from your mistakes and never put your customers in last place. I do see your point and you are right. However, people bombard the ticket system whether there is an update or not, believe me. A lot of people don't even know where the news are or don't bother to read them, even though there's a notification about unread news count. People don't read bank transfer rules shown in a popup that you can only get rid of by clicking 'Confirm', which kinda implies you at least scanned through them. People ask basic questions that are covered on the website. I guess that's just the world we live in We are trying to make things easier for everybody. There's a FAQ coming up both on the external site and inside the account as well, and we are working on other things too. Andrew this is your update: Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to fix the problem with the card platform. For reasons outside of our control, there have been unexpected complications with receiving the bank transfers we sent several days ago from our bank account to the accounts of our partners, the card vendor and the Visa/MC card withdrawal processor. These transfers were meant to fund our account balances with them, which is required for these system features to function properly. We are sorry that we are all experiencing this. We do everything we possibly can to rectify the situation. We will do our best to post an update on the nearest business day. I payed 10$ for every btc to fund my wallet and my card (300$)....your card system don't work I want withdrawal my money(other fees) , refund my funding fees and withdrawal fees, because your system don't work!! ok?? yes or not??? I have openede 3 tickets but you don't answer about it. |
