Just go for it. You don't have to ask permission. I think it is a good idea.

5  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What Product/Service Do You Want To See Available with Bitcoin? on: December 12, 2012, 05:50:07 PM
I would like to see Amazon and eBay accept Bitcoin. I'd be buying a lot more stuff there.

For both companies it would be a huge benefit: Amazon would no longer suffer from chargebacks or fraudulent payments. And eBay could setup an escrow-alike payment system, where the buyer sends coins to eBay, seller gets confirmation from eBay that funds have been paid and he ships the goods (with track & trace), buyer confirms receiving them, and seller gets the coins (minus 0.3% eBay fee).

Also, I would certainly buy games, music and movies with BTC if they were available (and reasonably priced).

And I want Wikipedia to accept Bitcoin donations. Free information should be funded by free money (free as in speech, not as in beer).

If this happened the price of bitcoin would absolutely explode!

11  Other / Beginners & Help / New Here - Gold & Silver Financial Newsletter on: September 23, 2012, 05:05:40 PM
Hey everyone! I have been lurking around the prospect of using bitcoins for quite some time now. I am a huge advocate of gold and silver and love the idea of bitcoins. Since they share some of the same qualities (although not all of course). I run the financial blog network and newsletter "Gold and Silver Financial News". Which has a very large subscriber base and is often time quoted in financial news articles.

I am glad to be here and am now simply waiting out my newbie time! If you are interested you can check out my popular following and original blogs at any of the links below. Also you can subscribe to the free newsletter on any of the blogs. The newsletter may be closed soon, as my subscriber base is getting rather large. Warm welcomes are gladly accepted Smiley
