Hey all, I'm writing from Kampala. In 2014 I needed a small business loan to start a small business. I got it from my EU friend. Things didn't go as expected mostly because I got stiffed by my partners. One year later my friend told me how to reduce the debt. I'd open an account at Jetwin offering 0.3 BTC bonus and we'd split it. The rest of the balance would go back to him since it was his BTC. I requested a withdrawal, but it was refused and my account was blocked. I wrote several times to their support email, I never ever got a reply, I wondered if they were not just seeing my emails, so I tried writing to them from a different email address other than the one I registered at their site, but with a different topic, I instantly got a reply, so that confirmed they just didn't want to reply, I wasn't able to log in until this year. When I logged in this year, my balance was mBTC 0.00, Jetwin simply stole all funds. I tried posting on their forum on bitcointalk but they claimed that they can't steal such small funds! and that I'm just a newbie trying to water down their good reputation. I can't even see my bet history anymore while logged in. The result is I'm currently more than 40k USD in debt with no hope for better future for myself and my child. Am highly disappointed in your services. I have tried all means to write to your customer care fr many months now but you don't reply MY emails , so I decided to wrote to your via Facebook, I got a reply from some arrogant guy saying he had sent me a reason to my email why I won't be getting any of my winnings back but I have never received any email from them. What really happened to my Btc?  We have never confiscated any deposit. Information published by the new account having 2 posts shouldn’t be taken seriously. Many do not like to have a competitor like us, and they cannot think of anything better than to spread a false information. Oh, you are reasonable enough, i have see many people do like this way to defame their competitors, which is a shame. Surprisingly I can log in now. In 2014 I opened an account at jetwin and deposited 300 mBTC on which I received 100% bonus. I then placed around 20 bets and after that let the account dormant. When I try to log in now, I can't get inside getting an error "Your account is currently blocked". I tried contacting the CS via email, but received no response for now 3 months. What should I do?
