JetWin has been very unstable the last couple of days indeed, could not place some bets on time this weekend. Bets, which I would have lost it seems afterwards...so I'm not complaining.  True, I have a small bankroll there. Thinking to make a new deposit to gamble, but I am really afraid of that. |

Hello BOOKMAKER, I'm writing from Spain, using the jetwin website here. I've applied a bonus of free 20€ when you register, and accomplish all the requirements to fullfill the promotion, but now is imposible to cash out. The mail that they provide doesnt repply for days, and its imposible to active the account. Some SOLUTIONS OR COMMENTS, about the situation? What can we do? I'm getting a "This webpage has a redirect loop" error and can not access JetWin, tonight.
Am I the only one?
I've already cleared the cache etc and tried multiple browsers...

In 2014 I opened an account at jetwin and deposited 300 mBTC on which I received 100% bonus. I then placed around 20 bets and after that let the account dormant. When I try to log in now, I can't get inside getting an error "Your account is currently blocked". I tried contacting the CS via email, but received no response for now 3 months. What should I do?

Only support can probably re-activate it, don't know what their policy is but I had an account which I didn't use for some time and when I tried to log in, it showed error, I then contacted support and received immediate response and I was able to access it again. Wait till you hear from BOOKMAKER on this thread, he'll probably be able to resolve it. Not sure but I am guessing that you'd be required to sign a message probably with an address you deposited the BTC from. |

Hellooooooooo BOOKMAKER, im writing from Spain, thousands of user with the account block with a stupid email, everyone with the same. Incredible that a web promoting bitcoins give this imagen. The customer service doesnt response, and when you fullfill the bonus and ask for cash out, inmediatly blocked!!! We hope a solution from the comoany please, more than two weeks with the account and the money block!!! |

Cause u never cheated here, nor violated any terms, they blocked your account you should email them, if they don't unlock your account, you can make a scam accusation thread in the forum, so they will refund you I am pretty sure. |
