Please find the detailed instructions in this article. Make sure your card is verified." And for now there are only 2 possible ways: 1. Complete verification to unblock your account. Please follow the steps described in this article for account verification: https://help.wirexapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/207161719-How-and-why-to-verify-Wirex-account-2. Fill the document for the manual card unload. In this case, we return your funds to the Wirex bitcoin wallet and completely close your card. The support agent can help you with this option. More details were provided by the agent in your ticket. Also please note that you can't blame us for your action as it was a violation of our rules. Такой вопрос, можно же сейчас зарегистрировать аккаунт и без верификации пользоваться виртуальной картой, хотя бы для онлайн платежей? Какие сейчас лимиты у нее?
Теоретически конечно возможно зарегистрировать аккаунт на одну из поддерживаемых стран и заказать виртуальную карту. Но на практике это очень сомнительное занятие, потому что верификация будет невозможна. А без неё лимиты очень небольшие: https://help.wirexapp.com/hc/articles/115001824585Более того, в декабре лимиты по неверифицированным картам будут еще снижены примерно в 2 раза, что сделает неверифицированные карты практически бесполезными и необходимо будет проходить верификацию. Также при использовании неверифицированной карты есть риск блокировки карты со стороны банка, выпускающего карты (WaveCrest) если они заметят подозрительную активность. Для последующей разблокировки и возврата средств также потребуется пройти верификацию. Поэтому не могу рекомендовать и советую дождаться новостей по новым картам. К сожалению у поддержки, к которой я отношусь, нет доступа к информации относительно точных сроков перехода на новые карты, поэтому мне приходится давать расплывчатые ответы. Как только у меня появятся дополнительные сведения я сразу отпишусь в этой ветке форума.
