it's like one of those idiots who click a link from an email being sent by fraudsters pretending to be a legitimate business say, apple website with discounted iPads. do you then go to apple DEMANDING to be compensation by your stupidness? no. you shouldn't have clicked on any and all link in your email.

in your case it's even worse cuz u GO looking for these dodgy buy from payivy links and then KNOWING how bitcoin works, you go looking for the links and sending your payment without doing your own homework. whatever rikugou use quikzen or whatever it's none of your business. it's YOUR money, it's YOUR responsibility of protecting it, and when YOU FAIL to take care of yourself, It's not others to fix no matter how much you whine and cry.

This is regarding whole foods gift card.

If you deal with this seller, do NOT do it outside bitify, do NOT deal without escrow. If you talk to him he will find many different times to slip in to deal without escrow, outside bitify.

If your money is in escrow and he can't perform, he will not even refund you when his card has 0 balance. He will just make you wait 72 hours before getting your money back.

the most recent event that prompts me to post this is because I have made multiple purchases in bitify (also had 0 balance incident. yes, had to wait 72 hours), and he finally gave in saying I can use before pay. so he gave me a card around 4.30am march 16th, i was getting to sleep, didn't check balance. before going out, I checked the card balance and it was 0 balance. told him.

so he started accusing me of using the card without paying.
Background: you can check whole foods gift card balance over the phone, you can also listen to transaction histories. so usually on an unused card you can hear that the card is loaded. if the card is used, you can hear that it was used and approved in store with the transaction amount.

I have kept the last set of number for the card I bought through bitify and used from him. (bought 14th used 15th) so i did a recording of

1. the transaction history of the good card, and
2. the recording of transaction history of the bad card (this one had NO transaction. card was loaded, then balance became 0)

so as I need the groceries, I tried to explain, and he wouldn't listen and insisted I pay him first, OUTSIDE bitify for a new card. If I choose to buy on bitify, he will cancel my transaction.

IF I had paid him first when he asked previously, from his behavior, I believe he wouldn't refund me or exchange the cards if the card had 0 balance.

Just thought I'd share this here. everyone please be smart, be careful.

This is much more hassle than necessary. If anyone is selling whole foods card at 30%, regular buyer here!
