Yafan Wang served first during the second game of the set and held to 15. The odds show that it was for Yafan Wang serving because it was +403 which are the correct odds for her on serve. Since you had the wrong person serving first, you graded this as a loss when it was a win.
I have sent this to you via support, on Twitter, and now here without any response. Please fix your mistake.
Still not resolved. Their support is non-existent. I have 108k loyalty points (which doesn't even do anything) but it shows my wagering through your book and you can't even fix this error even when I have tried to reach out to you via multiple platforms.

My posts in the gambling section were about the sports book and not my "luck". The post in the gift card section was about the seller screwing us on cards after the Panera thing. I am not sure how that actually reflects on this post.

I have $200 in Venmo from my balance. The transaction was a friend transfer (not a bank/debit card/credit card) - I understand the risk of Venmo so I can send a screenshot of the balance to prove it was not a debit/credit/bank transfer into my account.

All of his cards show the $50 balance but do not work at the store. I even had a manager try to make them work and none of the 6 codes work.
I have sent the OP a message -- He responded quickly before when a card had the wrong balance so I will update if he fixes the issue.

Sorry don't understand. If there is no access to website ( at least I don't have any ), then how do you know your bet has been graded ? please explain

Believe me or not mine was with portland and cavs and also had the issue after the site got the error but now already graded and i made a widthrawal a minute ago and received it fast
My wager has been graded now as well. Still waiting to hear if Cloudbet will do any free plays for the issue.

Of course...if you consider 20+ hours fast Dude youre not the only one having the same issue every one who got bets recently does too even i, but cloudbet already mentioned that they are aready of it just give them time to fix it. I am not the only one? No way! What does that have to do with the fact they can accept deposits, accept wagers and process them instantly but can't grade a wager from before the server attack? It shouldn't take 20+ hours to fix a grading issue. The fact they are grading other events as soon as they finish is the frustrating part.

Pending withdrawal of the 27th until now but ok no problem is only a small amount I also know Cloudbet is in trouble with the system I hope this is completed as soon as possible and cloudbet not lose the user because of this inconvenience Ha. Cloudbet can continue to accept deposits and wagers today but can't process a wager from 20 hours ago or a withdrawal. Will Cloudbet compensate affected users? I doubt it but will wait to see their response.

12 hours?!?!? It has already been 13 hours. You are telling me it will take 24 hours to grade a live bet but yet you can continue to grade wagers almost instantly today? Surely, I will expect to see a freeplay or money added to my account since now I could have to wait another 12 hours.

I sent in an email and got a response from an employee who totally ignored my email and gave me a generic "our services were down but everything is back up"

Please grade wagers from last night specifically the Nebraska vs UCLA live wagers. Wagers from today are grading fine but the two live wagers from last night are still pending
Same problem here. This is a pain in the ass! I know. Isn't it awesome that they can grade wagers today almost instantly but can't grade a NCAA bowl game from 12 hours ago?
