Been waiting since 1pm EST yesterday for a .015 withdrawal.
I deposited .015 to have some fun with the UFC yesterday. Their site CLEARLY says min bet is .001. I deposit and try to make a parlay....min bet is .021? Are you kidding me? Their website CLEARLY says withdrawals are rather quick, unless it's a large amount. So .015 is a large amount?
How can a book blatantly lie all over their website?
You are a damn fool to use this site. Period.
They either ignore my email or send the same auto reponse...since 1pm yesterday. This is absolutely nuts.

This problem is not surprising after all maybe their hot wallet has been replinish thats why you've see your withdrawal has been pending so the best thing you can do for now is to contact them again nicely since those past problems occur are been settle but don't expect that this one will be solve immediately since cloudbet is known for slow responding on the error encountered by their players. |

Edit- Misunderstanding i guess. I ended up playing and won. the w.d was almost instant. Definitely some rules need to more clear but either way, paid out and left some funds in to mess around some more.

So if anyone send bitcoin to cloudbet from exchange platform or web wallets like coinbase and xapo than they have to atleast make a bet to withdraw out their money? This should be written in their deposit page so that people will not make this mistake. |

Thanks for posting DumbLefty as I've had this site on my radar for awhile now. Rejecting withdrawals and giving the run around is an old trick of sportsbooks that aren't legit. They either figure you will place another bet and you will lose, or maybe you get pissed and irrational and bet because of that too. Just like the casino, you are being setup to fail.
I will stick to Nitrogen Sports for now

Yafan Wang served first during the second game of the set and held to 15. The odds show that it was for Yafan Wang serving because it was +403 which are the correct odds for her on serve. Since you had the wrong person serving first, you graded this as a loss when it was a win.

Still not resolved. Their support is non-existent. I have 108k loyalty points (which doesn't even do anything) but it shows my wagering through your book and you can't even fix this error even when I have tried to reach out to you via multiple platforms. |

Although official announcement is a must, if you are aware of the basic things to do before August then it's mandatory thing to do. A basic thing to do is to withdraw coins so that you can control it if there's a problem on the site (Cloudbet) after all things will happened after during network development. Also it's obvious that bitcoin deposit will be deposit by August 1 and no need for announcement to that. |

It's hard to say that they're one of the best sportsbook because they have high minimum limits on their lines with slow grading for me they're an okay sportsbook. There are times that their system won't let you bet below 0.02 btc. Also I would want to use them but their mobile version isn't working on my phone it's stuck on the loading part. Do you guys experience the same thing when using mobile ? |

I am not sure whether it is the best sports book when it comes to odds,but they are a pretty decent site and yes it is trust worthy,they wont hold your funds or nor do i have heard a scam report against them,the only thing i always hear about is their lack of support and the delay in withdrawing funds as i guess they are doing it manually,other than that they have a good live betting platform. |

But sucks at other things like deposits/withdrawals if you run into an issue. Typically people have been complaining to have a hard time getting to support. Their withdrawals used to be automatic, but are now manual which sucks. |
