Need a blocksize increase now. But we're all retarded. People will stop using BTC when it takes 3 days for their tx's to confirm

people can't stop accepting btc soon for easy expense like restaurants or even in real life... how you can trust some one rebroadcast a tx?!

Anyone on here know someone who will sell me $100 bitcoin, payment by credit card or paypal? Sad
Both are reversible(please no crappy "I'll send as gift as it can't be reversed" excuses, I've seen enough scams to know they can be reversed.)
If you can offer any other method of payment(irreversible), you'll get many sellers around here.

reversed payment by definition!

I have see that a lot of auctions on ebay are fullfilled with chargeback.
it's a shame, for the seller, for paypal and for ebay
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Slow block times.... on: January 08, 2016, 10:55:07 PM
what is the record between two blocks?

I'm not certain, but I think the record was 8 hours 34 minutes 44 seconds between block number 27 and block number 28.

Block 27: 2009-01-10 06:56:13
Block 28: 2009-01-10 15:30:57
- snip -

satoshi take a pause to sleep Smiley ?

I've learned to just make a transaction and with the expectation nothing going on for atleast an hour. Just the realities of the system and just make sure I do nothing that overly time dependent with BTC

half hour for me !
