This answer is important for professional bettors 

I bet on cloudbet around 2 years WITH ONLY ONE ACCOUNT without any big problems.
My stakes are around 0.2 - 0.6 BTC mostly on live events. I bet every day around 10-20 bets.
For this year my profit from cloudbet is around 30 BTC.
Now i can't bet more than 0.05 BTC.

lunarbets.eu refund 50% (almost all winnings) of my bets without any explanation. I bet a lot last 10 days, around 50 bets on 45 different events.

Withdrawals and deposit works (for now).
They refund and bets after the start of the event (of course only if your bet have a chance to win).

Over/Under bets is not use standard Asian handicap rules: for example - if you bet over or under 100 and the final result is 60-40 your bet will be loose (European handicap). For point speared they use standard Asian handicap rules (but this can be change immediately without any announcement).

For tennis point speared (+1.5/-1.5) some of odds are for set handicap some are for games handicap. lunarbets.eu will decide after the finish of the event. Stay away from this site.

Odds on NBA basketball is 1.716 - 1.716 for 2 lines handicap ( UTAH - LA Lakers).
For soccer money line odds are unreal   2.58/1.8/1.35 for France league 1 match (Guingamp - PSG).
These are the worst odds i ever seen in my live (i am sports bettor from more than 15 years).

You add a lot of tennis matches - but odds are 1.85-1.85: no improvements since your switch to new odds provider.
Handball is one of the most popular sport in Europe (more popular than Basketball in a lot of European countries): no improvements since your switch to new odds provider average 1.85-1.85.
Your basketball odds for some basketball matches are good (but only few markets) - the other ones: no improvements 1.85-1.85.
Volleyball odds: 1.85-1.85 -  no improvements.

You can't expect new customers with this odds margin (1.85-1.85 is unacceptable margin these days).

I withdraw all of my coins from your site and deposit it into another bookmakers.
You can't compete with this odds margin to another sites using BTC like: nitrogensport, 5dimes, bookmeker.
Betting agents offering BTC deposits and withdrawals to some of the biggest bookmekers like (pinnacle, sbobet, betfair and many others).

Sorry i can't wait for your improvements any more.

Do you have plans to add "US TOTAL" and "US SPREAD" for more leagues?
Your tennis odds for popular ATP and WTA matches are very low (1.93-1.93 for win/lose and set handicap will be perfect).
You handball odds are far far away from (1.93-1.93).
You need to offer 1.93-1.93 for more markets, this will keep your existing bettors like me (probable and many others). Now i move all of my BTC to other sites (nitrogensports, 5dimes, bookmaker .....), only because they offer better odds.
You can add some bonus BTC for loyalty points. (For example: 0.01 BTC for every 5 000 points after first deposit bonus claimed).

Popular European basketball league (Greece, Spain, Italy, France.....) have a margin approx 1.85 - 1.85 for point speared and total O/U.
This is win for you about 5-10%. Yes i understand you need to win from your site, but this margin compare to other sites is unacceptable for bettors. For comparison nitrogensport have a margin for popular basketball leagues around 1.92-1.92 - match better.

You add a lot of new tennis match - GRAET, but odds - 

Soccer odds are acceptable for popular leagues (England, Spain, France......) - looks identical to nitrogensport.

Your new limits looks great. But need to improve the odds for popular (Basketball, tennis, handball) markets.

You have a lot of competitors on Internet and need to offer good odds to get new players and hold existing ones.

Your site is user friendly - very good!
Your deposits and withdrawals are really fast - very good!
You offer a lot of markets - very good!
You offer a lot of online sport - very good!
