Popular European basketball league (Greece, Spain, Italy, France.....) have a margin approx 1.85 - 1.85 for point speared and total O/U.

Your new limits looks great. But need to improve the odds for popular (Basketball, tennis, handball) markets.

they use the same shitty odds provider  that jetwin/winmasters and a lot of other little books
so they never will offer nba quarter totals and markets that are missing now

perhaps later cloudbet will change to another odds provider after realizing that this odds provider is for "recreational" bettors only

But you need to improve more......
Do you have plans to add "US TOTAL" and "US SPREAD" for more leagues?
Your tennis odds for popular ATP and WTA matches are very low (1.93-1.93 for win/lose and set handicap will be perfect).
You handball odds are far far away from (1.93-1.93).
You need to offer 1.93-1.93 for more markets, this will keep your existing bettors like me (probable and many others). Now i move all of my BTC to other sites (nitrogensports, 5dimes, bookmaker .....), only because they offer better odds.
You can add some bonus BTC for loyalty points. (For example: 0.01 BTC for every 5 000 points after first deposit bonus claimed).

I have send the transaction hash and screenshots where it is obvious that the deposited money wasn't credited, the support before that was certain the amount was credited but the screenshots and a look at my account proved wrong. The support apologized for their mistake and the technical was going to look further in to it.

I don't know how this is even possible to have this problem. I'm still waiting for over 24 hours to be credited the deposit to  my account.
