1  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC-E.com exchange Bitcoin, Litecoin, Namecoin <-> USD\BTC (fee 0.2%) on: December 04, 2013, 03:10:05 AM
For everyone who has 'success stories' - I can only assume it's the first time you've sent a wire.
they seem to add the first wire without delay, but the rest.. good luck.

Just an update for me.
It's been over three weeks since I sent a wire. After about 1.5 of them closing tickets, etc etc - they finally reply saying: Funds are found, will add today. Need to see your company documents.

Sent company documents (along w/ all the ID, residence, bank + wire proofs) - and nothing for another 2 weeks, except for them closing the tickets. Funds have still not been added.

Finally thought: fuck it, I'll take my business to an exchange that's more professional (BitStamp) - but haha! They've slapped a 20 day withdrawal block on my account. Naturally, they're not replying to tickets, or when I send them the ID.

Seriously, great way to run a company guys.

These guys could easily have more market volume - low fees, less ball-ache than other exchanges, but they're holding themselves back.
CS isn't hard. You outsource it cheaply, and your business improves.

It looks like they're begging for their customers to trade on BitStamp.

so i have no idea of how the funding works.. sorry to ask, but this forum is littered with posts. what's the best way to get my USD into BTC-E? it seems like okpay may be a good option, and it's only 2%.

Wire is the fastest and cheapest.
And then they lose it and ignore you - see above Wink

I didn't want to bring this to the forums.

November 7: I issued a wire to BTC-e. I confirmed that the special fields were correct.
Wire never shows up.
November 10: I lodge a ticket with support. 3 days later, they reply with "more info" - that is all.
November 14: I give them the bank trace.
November 19: Original ticket was deleted by support staff with no reply. AVP-358-60418
November 20: No more replies.

I've sent two more tickets. I've remained polite. I've got the wire proof. Not only is the cash not credited (and no need to imagine how much cash I lost over the last two weeks by not having that cash..) - but support is NOT replying.

It's highly unprofessional, and highly frustrating. What on earth is going on?

6  Economy / Service Discussion / Methods of contacting BTC-e support? on: November 18, 2013, 02:27:08 PM
Hi guys.
Sent an intl wire to BTC-e 7 days ago. Second wire I've sent - first arrived no problems.
Second has gone missing. I got the confirmation from the bank that it was sent.

Contacted BTC-e support with all the information, and 3 days later got the reply 'need info' (that was all).
Since then, nothing. I've replied to the ticket multiple times and created a new ticket, no replies.

Does anyone know of any method of actually getting hold of someone? Was there not an ICQ contact at some stage?

It's incredibly frustrating, I'd timed the wires for the boost of BTC, and ... nothing.

Hi there.
Grabbed a copy of the bot over the weekend.

After seeing in the backtesting that it would have made trades that it didn't, I had some questions:

1. Do the accounts (MtGox, etc) initially need to have funds in USD, or BTC, or both (or either?) - Currently I have my funds in BTC
2. Is it possible to trade with multiple exchanges, and if so: how do I set the parameters for each specific exchange?

Thanks kindly.

Well, I'm not paying my electricity bill.  But I am looking into a Single SC.  So I'll just wait and see where this takes me.  It's too bad the GPU farms are going out of date, they looked pretty cool.

We could be so lucky  Cheesy
