Have you never seen the price of bitcoin drops again? At least there will be a correction in the future that related to the bitcoin market place. But behind the growth of the bitcoin price and there are some factors that affecting the price of bitcoin and make it grow. |

I have come to realize in recent time that holding bitcoin in ones wallet is more profitable and a little bit risk free as compared to trading altcoin or what do you think ?
Altcoin will be a profitable method rather than hold bitcoin i guess you re talking about the short term investment, you must understand the different between the bitcoin and invest in alternative crypto. Imagine the price of altcoin can be instantly doubled just in short time but bitcoin give you a guarantee for the long term investment. altcoin is easy to get pump by a lot of the pumpers. |

Please you can mark this word, you can try to invest what you afford to lose. Who cares how many amount that will be invested on the cryptocurrency. You must try to calculate how many amount from your salary to invest in the cryptocurrency. And you can do anything with the remaining amount. |

I think in this year the bitcoin will surpass $5000, just in some days bitcoin already mentioned by a lot of mainstream press. that gives the more pressure to the adoption of bitcoin itself, forbes and cnbc already mentioned it in this day. |

Are they going to be more valuable after some time?
Those coins just pump and dump, if you are looking about the real coin that gives you a lot of benefit in the future and you can try to see neo, omisego, gas and other. Ripple and nem is not a good coin especially for the ico coin. that was a new coin. |

Hi, In my opinion bitcoin price is unpredictable but for sure in the nearest future it will be to the moon. Just save and save. It already grew pretty good in just under 2 weeks after aug1. I'm not seeing any reason why it would go down though it may, due to its volatile state, but not the scale that we have to be concerned of. And everytime btc drops it recovers so i'm worrying at all. After bitcoin segwit, BTC is continuously raising up. In my prediction bitcoin price will raised up into $4000 before end of the year. Therefore if you invest in bitcoin just do it now, because I'm pretty sure before end of the year 2017 guarantee $4000 is the value of bitcoin. Segwit will have made the massive adoption will be so easy to catch by bitcoin. Every people will much easier to send or receive their bitcoin caused by segwit. That gives the convenience usage for the bitcoin adoption. That was a main key. |

Bitcoin cash will always be crashing. You don't need to consider bitcoin cash as a serious competitor for bitcoin itself, look at the current chart of bitcoin cash. it looks bad in my opinion for the early start. It is always crash now. That was so funny.  |

if an exchanger receiving bitcoin by telling you to send to their address, the thing work just like using ordinary address, but you don't have the privkey, that's the main point here.

if you look around you'll see almost everyone is talking about selling BCC as fast as they receive it. this means if half of the people who claim they will sell, do actually sell the price will drop hard.
this simply means selling sooner is more profitable and you should act on it.
i will probably try buying some back after a couple of weeks if it still was alive and i feel like it has reached the bottom just to make some quick short term profit from the dead cat bounce that happens after each massive dump.
i don't expect anything from BCC in long term but we'll have to wait and see how much they can pump and dump it.
yeah, people think BCC is like a free money and selling it on any rates doesn't make them lost anything so they'll simply sell it. |

I'm also agree to this post. Real Crash happened after August1 iftbe Segwit is success.
So all of holders holding BTC will received BCC (Bitcoins Cash) after segwit and then the mass sell started. So all the altcoins are affected and its cause of Panic selling and The price is will be fall.
the bitcoin holder will exchange their coin to alt ones when BCC just received, the current price peak is caused by BCC, people are greedy with free stuffs that could make them money. |

I don't believe that ETH will take off again like it did before. The technological weaknesses have become extremely obvious, the unlimited and uncapped emission is a cause for great concern, and general sentiment has slid on it. All these things mean that the coin is very likely to under perform in the coming weeks or months.
Thank god! At least someone knows that eth is not a good option for investment to have enormous profit in the upcoming months. It really needs tremendous changes and updates in order to meet the demands of the crypto market. It is not going to perform well after the Segwit. its just matter about the time, few months ago people saying the similar thing but gets shocked when the price unexpectedly gets high, ETH is like a core for many upcoming projects, simply will have funds coming by the time being. |

Maybe today the price of ethereum increase because if the bitcoin price decrease for sure other investor will invest in ethereum because they have potential to increase in the future. And I hope if bitcoin decrease the next bitcoin will be ethereum because I have a lot of ethereum than the bitcoin or any altcoin . More ethereum more money to come with us in the future.
lol see what happen after people got their BCC, the rise of ETH is near and really obvious. Only people with low ability of analyzing doesn't know that.  |

Sold 50% of my BTC, and bought ETH and SNT. Hope it was well timed  Nice picked for ethereum, I also buy ethereum as preparation for their unexpectedly raising up. Because in my opinion ethereum coins had big chance to increased price in the market. obviously, ETH is like a core for many of token by its smart contract and it's really have the chance of rising up within significant amount of time so why not? |

Bitcointalk is a fantastic source for news and updates on investing in cryptocurrency in general. Admitedly there is plenty of misinformation and rubbish posted too, but with time and practice you can tell what is real and helpful from crap.
Rather than everythin, I strongly believe that observing the hard fork situation and taking lessons from the action would be the best education for a beginner cryptocurrency trader. This happens once in a while only. actually hardfork have happened to many altcoins so not "once in a while" but "many times in a while" |
