Hello,

      If the site had been through proper QA you would not be asking us how it works.  I could see asking for transaction types etc but not how did you order as guest.  The links all go to the same form.... 

      Has everyone from Tuesday actually gotten their money?  I am being asked if we should start pulling recommendations from the deep web forums to save newbies.  Based on what I have read it seems like not everyone has their cash or coin.  Please correct me if I am wrong.

I did finally receive my funds.  Thank you for that.  Please hire an experienced customer service manager.  The way this was handled was lacking to put it as nicely as I can.  If you need help finding the right people, I can recommend customer service analysts to you.  They will get you started on the right track.

     So has anyone gotten their order fixed? From the dates and times of the others here I am one of the first.  Also Ursay emailed me asking how I placed my order as well. LOL.

     I have asked for an eta even after the decree of processing and still have not gotten btc or an eta.

     Ursay, when you emailed me, I took the time to give you the answer to your questions.  Why is it that you are not giving me the same respect?

So they guy that orders 2 hours ago gets service but I have waited 48 hours and still have received none?  Hey so anyone know more about this coinbase or any other good services?  Honestly I am pretty amazed at this situation and will probably need a new btc vendor.

Hello,

   I do not understand why you are worried about duplicate tickets.  All the trouble transactions are seemingly flagged as pending in your database.  All those transactions that are pending and paid for are each issues.  It seems like one would sort by date and time and then cross refer the zipzap refund requests to ensure you do not pay people that requested refunds.  Then you should process what is left?  I'm not trying to be a jerk, but it would be nice to email back the auctioneer and tell them I can send the bitcoins I paid for.

Hello,

    It is coming up on 48 hours and I have not seen an eta on a fix.  This has been a learning lesson.  I received an mail this morning stating the item I won is going to be re-auctioned because I failed to send the btc.  I am pretty bummed at this point.  I have been a longstanding customer; however, I guess that means nothing as I did request help from support and have received none.  I am completely unsatisfied with the way this has gone down.

If your order does get fixed please post in chat so everyone knows.  If 250 orders a day went bad that's a lot of paper work they have to do.  Processing refunds seems like it would make it worse.  I am not going to do so.  I will post when mine gets fixed.

      At this point, there seems to be many people that have been waiting 24 hours for their money.  I am one of them.  Is there any way we can get some kind of update?  I had one email 6 hours into this yesterday.  I would really like to know where we are at with this and what kind of eta to expect.  I realize things are probably hectic with the new website; however, updating your customers would help create satisfaction were there currently is none.
