From what I can tell, the problem is that their emails are not reaching certain domains. I have an outlook.com email address and a few days ago I stopped getting login & withdrawal emails from btc-alpha (which is a problem since you need to get email to withdraw).
I created a new account using my work domain & am getting all emails (including withdrawals) just fine - but BTC is still stuck on my other account.
The problem w/ opening support tickets is that you can't tell if they reply, since you can't get emails from them - very frustrating.
If anyone has another way of contacting support please post.
The mail for login confirmations, withdrawal confirmation and support is the same. The mail from the support arrived without any problems. A friend of mine has to repeat the withdrawal request several times to finally get a mail. Withdraw coins and if no mail arrives, cancel withdrawal and repeat the same procedure. He told me that he has to try at least two times and up to five times until he gets a mail. I tried to contact the support in their telegram group, but they just tell me to create a ticket... |

I can confirm now that there is a support - I just got a mail from them. But I am not sure if they understood my problem. Waiting for a new response now... I expect an answer next week.

Still no answer from support. I created a new account - deposits AND withdrawals are working. Unforunately I cannot transfer fund to the new account, because the BTC-Alpha-Code to transfer coins to another user account required an e-mail confirmation which is not sent by BTC-Alpha. I have to wait for their support... let's hope it exists.

Meine Coins hängen seit Tagen bei BTC-Alpha fest. Der Support antwortet nicht und ich bekomme kein Bestätigungs-Mail, um Coins in meine Wallet zu transferieren. Ich will dort einfach nur noch weg. Gibt es hier jemanden, der in der Lage ist Coins von BTC-Alpha abzuheben? Es gibt ja diese Alpha-Codes, mit denen man anderen Nutzern exchange-intern Coins schicken kann.
Ich würde dann einen Deal vorschlagen, dass ich demjenigen meine Coins schicke, die er dann an mich weitertransferiert. 25% dürfte derjenige behalten - das sind derzeit ca. 700-800$.

I can confirm this. No withdrawals are processed. Waiting for 2 days now. No answer from support.
I have not experienced that yet, but the information is very good and there may be other again, I will always receive as information, thanks As soon as my support mail get answered, I'll give an update. If there are more who can't withdraw from that exchange, please tell. Keeping this thread alive puts some pressure on the guys of BTC-Alpha. |

It might take a days until a reasonable volume is reached, but it will soon be the number one exchange to buy BTCZ. In this moment it's best exchange with BTCZ. Quick in/out and FIAT USD. Good fee for BTC/LTC withdrawal. Actually, withdrawals are currently not processed. Other are reporting issues as well. Created a support ticket 2 days ago - no response yet. Not looking good. :-( I have had about 25 transactions in and out today and all were very fast. I have not had any USD transactions though, their fee for depositing is insane. Lucky you. Which coins did you withdraw? Maybe I can switch to that coin to get my money off the exchange. |

mhhh... da bin ich echt klever vor 2 tagen long bei 8890 gegangen... Werde die Position doch nicht mit "-" schließen müssen... bräuchte zumuindest kurzfristig mal ne 9xxx. Aber die Hoffnung stirbt zu letzt
da lernt gerade einer das Funktionieren eines Bärenmarktes kennen  Dort Long gehen, wo so ziemlich alle Widerstandslinien zusammenlaufen... Respekt! ;-) |

0,00046737 BTC (-88,54%) Hat sich wieder korrigiert. Wer hat gestern zugeschlagen? Nie war Geld verbrennen einfacher. puh der ging mal richtig steil (in beide richtungen) unfassbar...  Pump & Dump zum richtigen exakt richtigen Zeitpunkt. Du kaufst dir auf der Exchange deine eigenen Coins ab, ziehst so den Kurs nach oben und wo alles rot ist auf der Startseite von Coinmarketcap, ist "dein" Coin der einzige, der grün ist. Andere sehen das schinbar rettende Ufer, springen auf den Zug mit auf und dann am Ende kommt der Dump. In diesem Fall scheint der nur Minuten gedauert zu haben. Da hatte der Initiator nicht einmal die Geduld den Markt langsam fallen zu lassen, sondern hat in einem Rutsch alles verkauft. Respekt! ;-) |

Just be patient. I am impressed how fast everything goes its way compared to other coins. Does someone know VTC? It's another community coin with no premine, ICO, devfee etc... It took month to collect enough money for an exchange listing and the Vertans are waiting for weeks now and nothing happens. The devs won't even tell which exchange they are currently talking to. Compare it to BTCZ: donations quickly grew, a community vote ended and just three days later we are close to being listed on a new exchange. This is amazing! Thanks to all people who were involved! |

Congratulations! But is the exchange secured to trade? I have never traded on BTC-Alpha. In my opinion: yes! I did not know BTC-Alpha until I saw the exchange vote for BTCZ. I instantly recognized that they are using the same software as WEX (formerly known as BTC-e). It looks like they only changed the websites stylesheet. BTC-e (now WEX) is the oldest exchange out there (up since 2011) and NEVER got hacked. The API is great, they handled every DDOS attack well, the support is ok and you can trade Coins for USD without verification! BTC-e was shut down by the FBI, because one of the admins might have something to do with Mt.Gox robbery. Everyone thought that the guys from BTC-e will ran away with the coins - but they did not. The opened WEX just a few weeks later. And they are still paying back the money to their customers. In the end, no one will have lost a single dollar, despite the FBI probably still having all their fiat money. I think the BTC-e team just split up. Some of then opened WEX with all the old customers and the others opened BTC-Alpha. I am using BTC-e since Jan. 2013 and its by far the best exchange out there! They do not add every shit coin, but just those, which are here to stay. So far, only Feathercoin is the only coin that got to BTC-e and failed (delisted in 2014 I think). If there is a lot of trading volume for BTCZ on BTC-Alpha, then WEX might list our coin for free. And that's gonna be huge! |

A couple of things to remember: 1. Even if it's 100% for one item at 200 votes, that's a small fraction of the total community and could actually be a losing vote if we were to get more people to vote. 2. A Tier 2 proposal must be submitted on the BitcoinZ Info Bulletin by visiting https://info.btcz.rocks and clicking the ‘Submit New Proposal’ button. Extensive details are encouraged, as the proposal will be posted on the ‘Proposal’ board and voting for a period of 7 days from the date of posting will commence. I agree, but we cannot wait for everyone to vote, right? I am just wondering if there is a timeline for the vote... Time is a critical factor, because many exchanges seem to increase listing fees. |

Cryptopia is now much more than 5 BTC (It's actually 17.2 BTC at current DOT pricing). In addition, CoinExchange.io has gone up to 4 BTC.
With this being the case, we need to vote on how to proceed with the exchange race. The following are options the community has put together in order to move forward with our never-ending chase of exchanges.
Roughly 200.000$ for a listing on Cryptopia... WTF?! This is insane. Even a listing on the biggest exchange, Binance, is cheaper (80.000$). Let's go for BTC-Alpha. The site seems to be a WEX clone (formerly known as BTC-e). Only the stylesheet is different. WEX is great. Very reliable, fast API, never got hacked and even the FBI was not able to shut the site down for long. It's also great that there are just a few dozen coins on BTC-Alpha and not thousands of s**tcoins. Really brings a lot of attention to BTCZ. Let's go to BTC-Alpha as quickly as possible before the listing fees go up... But I don't understand the voting - how can we pay BTC-Alpha right now if the exchange fund is only 0.5 BTC? When does the voting close? |

I made a deposit to this exchange a few hours ago - still not credited. I did not check its reputation, because their 24h trading volume is very high - over 3 Million US$. I am wondering if someone can actually trade there without any deposits or if it is all a well done scam.

Sie haben Kollisionen zu Adressen gefunden, deren private key nicht mit einem "echten" Zufallsgenerator erzeugt wurden.
