Yes, I just learned that I am "banned from posting . . ."

Using the TOR browser, I just switched identities and then I was no longer banned.

So, switching identities in the Vidalia Control Panel seems to solve the problem.

Yankee,

I am unsure if my PMs are getting through. I posted a message on this forum, emailed customer service, and have sent a couple of PMs.

Sorry to trouble you, but my transfer from dwolla failed. Could use your help.

Hi Yankee:

I've got a transfer from Dwolla that failed. I was hoping you could take a look.

Thanks for your personal help, Yankee!

The bug seems to be with Dwolla. Although the BitInstant site showed that the transfer failed Dwolla verification, about one minute later Dwolla sent me a confirmation email saying that funds were successfully sent to bitinstant.

Thanks for stepping-in to resolve this.

Dear BitInstant Support,

HELP! Once again, my transfer from my Dwolla account to a bitcoin address has vanished into the ether.

The Quote ID is 93f86478-712f-4019-a83e-f476a675fd8b

Would one of you please see what happened here?

I have exchanged emails concerning past similar delays with Gareth, Charlie, and most recently, Rachel. Each has been helpful in 'manually' sending the transfer on through.

The problem now, as with many past times, is that from eight hours ago, when I sent the "instant" transfer, until one of the BitInstant staff members gets out of bed and checks the support@bitinstant email, I get no response to my emails or phone calls.

As your status page says, "waiting . . ."

So, while waiting for the "instant" transfer, I registered for this very helpful forum.

QUESTION: Can anyone recomend an alternative to using BitInstant?

Thanks for the help.
