Hey yankee thanks for all your help. Until now honestly i had two transactions that were in limbo. I had given up on them but finding this forum and your great support is really refreshing. Thanks for sending the email for the Mtgox code. I will try it and update you if there's an issue it should run smooth though. No fee refund necessary because it was probably my incorrect choice that made that happen. However i do have another transaction that did not go through that i had given up on.

its from Nov 27th

I completed two invoices that day and only one went through.

the first.

this one does show on the blockchain as completed. Should be fine (i think)

Now the second one i made the invoice on a cell phone which i stupidly did not save the info from.
anyway, i think i have an invoice from zipzap with the account number that reads:
668 586 001

if you are able to locate the issue could you push the funds to a different wallet as it has been a while.

It's been 3 days.. are you seriously trying to scam me out of $500? This is absolutely ridiculous I'm being flat out ignored now.

I've used you guys so many times in the past and you do me wrong on $500 I just don't get it. You can't even prove you sent me the coins yankee so what gives? You lose my quote ID then ask me for a BTC address to send the money to with absolutely no way of proving you sent them. What kind of service is that? Oh sorry we lost your order resent your BTC address.. Come on yankee I just want my $500..

Not to mention I've lost hundreds waiting for this last $500 to make a purchase and due to the market dropping waiting 3 days for "bitINSTANT" more like "bitlagging" i've now at least lost over $130 just waiting on you monkeys.

You might as well change your name to bitlagging.com

Today I made 3 transactions from bitstamp to mtgox 500usd each, and only 2 were successful. Immedeately after fail I send message to support but didn't received reply to my e-mail. Please check your PM for more detailes.

I don't want it processed; I need the $2424 refunded to my Dwolla account, not the BTC address.  The address was not mine; it was of a guy who was selling me items but ended up selling them to someone else.  
I got in touch with the would-have-been-seller (mining4fun11) and he returned the funds to me (despite the recent scammer tag).  No action needed on BitInstant's part anymore.

Ok cool. However I promised fees returned. Let me know where to send them.

Hello. Noob here. Wonder if its possible to use bitinstant with an escrow service? If yes, can you recommend one? Thanks.

EDIT: I just found a post saying that blockchain.info has built in escrow and they use bitinstant for funding. That will work for me.
