1  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What if all the governments accept crypto? on: October 20, 2018, 08:55:52 AM
It seems look like impossible things for me, but if that all happen I think they will create their own national cryptocurrency itself. Maybe they will create some coin that have same system like USDT or the other stable coin.

This will only happen when the countries are all unified in certain way. Otherwise, they will promote their own currency.
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: May 22, 2018, 06:41:49 PM
i am sure most people still remember the whole fuck up  with DAO and how many lost money on that.  ETH is getting value because of all the bullshit ICO now are ETH based

I remember that the DAO transactions were reversed. Some people also got the ETC.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: February 20, 2018, 07:17:07 PM
I agree that Ethereum is the future of crpyto undoubtedly but in my opinion Bitcoin too, in this crypto world till now no one replace Bitcoin and i believed that in near future also there is no replacement to BTC. Ethereum is the most trusted and great potential coin which has the capability to give you a beneficial success in future.

I agree with that. We may add Bitcoin Cash as well. It has faster transactions and low cost.
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why don't ICO's use Coinbase or similar services for payments? on: September 09, 2017, 09:48:16 AM
No one will ever use Coinbase or something similar to host ICO's, because ICO's have been working fine without them. Not to mention, Coinbase has the SEC right up their bums, and i doubt some of these shady motherfuckers in digital currencies would ever want anything to do with them.

Who remembers Moolah? good times

That is right. Also Coinbase as a regulated exchange, not allowed to do IPO or ICO.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: DGB Hype Over? on: June 18, 2017, 07:37:20 PM
i think it was a pump and dump, but the coin hold some promise they have a good setup for gaming with new game coming like minecraft, what i don't like is their huge marketcap, and the last pump was really unstable from 200 to 2k satoshi is aksing for a dump lol, i did the right choice and dumped at 1800-1900

I think the DGB has very active development. So the price rise has some foundation.
6  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: April 17, 2017, 04:59:40 PM
Hello All,

What you think is the best investment to gain steady income in btc without actively doing anything?
So no trading/gambling/loaning etc.

Steady income more likely to be 'small & secure' than 'big & risky'.

Thanks,
BR Oinas
The best investment with small and secure is investing jn cryto currency such as ethereum, monero, ltc, and etc. If you are risk take, you can also try to invest in altcoin which can multiple your money if it get successful.

It is not possible for steady income because it is not a job. We are into business, so we might lose or gain. So think twice before investing into anything because there are many good altcoin where you can make good money but steady income is not possible.

I agree only a daily job can give someone a steady income. But many people here are doing many side earnings and getting a lot from them. They cannot be steady since they are side earnings and only add up a significant amount to your monthly earnings. Freelancing is good if you have skills and there is work opportunity. One can always try trading and make some money there. Altcoin trading is good but risky for the less experienced people.

Earning from bitcoins is good as an additional source of income and if you have a steady income from your job then bitcoin will be a great bonus for you but you can never expect a steady income from as the price of bitcoins keeps on fluctuating regularly.

If the bitcoin price is very volatile, you can buy low and sell high to make some money.
7  Economy / Speculation / Re: after the denial of the ETF , what will be the next hype train to jump onboard? on: March 11, 2017, 03:59:11 PM
One reason for the rejection is that the market is manipulated by the Chinese. But in the near future, the Chinese exchanges will be regulated properly. The trading volume has reduced a lot there.

"One commenter states that, since 2013, the price of bitcoin has been defined mostly by the major Chinese exchanges, whose volumes dwarf those of exchanges outside China. According to the commenter, those exchanges are not regulated or audited, and are suspected of engaging in unethical practices like front-running, wash trades, and trading with insufficient funds. The commenter interprets pricing data from these Chinese exchanges to mean that the price of bitcoin is defined entirely by speculation, without any ties to fundamentals.32 Another commenter also observes that Chinese markets drive much of the volume in the bitcoin markets and that the bitcoin/Chinese Yuan (BTC/CNY) quote is apt to trade at a significant premium to the bitcoin/U.S. dollar (BTC/USD) quote. The commenter points out that large arbitrage opportunities would not exist for long in efficient markets, but they do persist in bitcoin markets."

For me the best way to have steady income is join in signature campaign because it is steady as you see. the payment is every week if you are lucky you can join in high paying campaign that can make you a passive income weekly. It is fun to have that king of campaign because it is literally passive because in only replying in some questions making topics it can help you to have profit while sitting at home.

Signature campaign earning is not passive as you are working for it to make a post from time to time. You are actively participating on discussions, so it means you are actively doing it. Being in a good paying signature campaign don't always mean that you are lucky. Campaign managers are selecting the best participants from all the candidates that are applying.   Smiley

It is better to buy some bitcoin then earn interest.
9  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum pump and dump? on: January 03, 2017, 10:15:32 AM
First of all i did not know where to post it so be free to move this topic.

I wanted to talk about the ethereum pump that was happening, i can see that its price has dropped by 25 per cent during the last 24 hours. Was it just a pump and dump? I knew that bitcoin is much stronger than it, bitcoin will be the only world currency soon...
This post is almost 10 months from now ether has big potential right now because of gambling that impose to it and those sucessful project that developers did those ico-s that linked into ethereum is perfect wait till next year before we sell our ethereum it will be pump.

none of these could save ethereum from going down so far. and it is going to continue going down.

have you forgotten that not long ago people were spamming ~$20 price and 1.5 billion dollar market cap? where are they now that ETH market cap is 0.6 billion dollar and price is ~$7 and falling fast?

Yes but we cannot able justify that may be better things happen tomorrow who knows, Why don't you think when ever bitcoin price raises definitely it will show impact on others for sure. Not only eth and etc there are many other coin are in the same situation. But definitely in 2017 there will be big pump in both of the markets.

for 2017 alone I still was not sure ETH can be increased drastically, since I analyze from his candlestick ETH is still much to be pump.

I think so. The whales are accumulating the Ethereum at the moment. They will pump very soon.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: December 19, 2016, 05:02:01 PM
I think this is a matter of promotion, when people just think and know your bitcoin, of course to move it will be difficult. If indeed sure etherium is the best, then the next step is the promotion.

There are already some promotions.

If you really want a steady income then you need to search for a job because that is the best way for a steady income.
You cannot rely on Bitcoin to give you a steady income because that is not going to happen at all.

if we look at the facts at this time, there is no stable income in bitcoin, mostly unstable also unpredictable.
in fact, mining is also sometimes unstable due to the fluctuating prices of coins.
but the real job is obviously very stable. so bitcoin suitable regarded as extra income.

Yeah real job will give you steady income and you can plan your expenses according to that as you are sure that you will be getting certain amount at the end of the month.

definitely. although yes bitcoin can at times give more earnings than you're regular job, it's not going to happen all the time so it's still not steady as to having a regular job where you'll be getting a regular salary. bitcoin for now is perfect for side earnings but still the best way to have sure and regular income is to have a job

You can earn the bitcoin as a small part of your salary, but not the major one. It is too volatile.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: October 01, 2016, 07:02:50 PM
Apart from bitcoins the only way I find to have a steady and stable income is from full time job, as you will be earning fixed salary so according to that you can plan your expenses.

Me too and for me the best way to have steady income is to become employed while working in bitcoins because having a lot of source of income is going to make you financially well. And you can also try to have your own investment if you are going to have 3 different source of income then that is going to give you a steady way of living.

That could be true. If you do some signature campaigns for the companies, you can have 0.05 bitcoin per month.
13  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum pump and dump? on: September 20, 2016, 05:22:48 PM
What's the word on the hack and recovery process?

There is no word about that. That could be the reason why the ETC price is still quite stable and no sing of crash.

So because there is no progress it is stable and not crashing? Shouldn't the opposite be happening?

If the hacker say he will dump the ETC, the ETC price will drop a lot. That is what I am thinking now.
Its thats the case better to convert in ethereum since the ethereum already fix the issue and now its more security than before i just heard by others and the price right now is gradually increasing..

I hope the Ethereum developers can learn the lesson of the DAO problem. Is so, Etheruem will be more secure.

That is right. If there is no more big bugs of the Etheruem, I think the Etheruem price will rise again in the future.

I do agree with you, in addition I can see Ethereum devs are competent enough to more forward and be successful again.

IMO, it is litecoin, obviously bitcoin, and ETC that will surge soon

Do you mean ETH. If so, your prediction is very accurate. The ETH price is rising low, it is about $13 now.
14  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: September 05, 2016, 06:12:35 PM
I didn't found a way for steady income, I'm thinking that investing in some casino bankroll can be that way that everyone search for. But every time I have coins I try to gamble with it.
For now I'm without safe way for steady income, I will continue to search for it and when I find it I will tell to everyone. For now I gamble, mostly I play poker and that is how I make money. But last few weeks I'm in vocation, and I don't have time for playing. Only way where coins come from is signature campaign.

You say you earn bitcoins from gambling, but the subject of this thread is steady income and gambling has never been a source of earning steady income for anyone but everyone has lost their money in it steadily, maybe investing in the bankroll can somehow relate to steady income but i don't know if we can find a good and popular gambling site accepting investments for its bankroll.

I agree with you. The gambling cannot get us any steady income. At least for most people, it is a way to lose money.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: August 23, 2016, 08:58:22 AM
Ethereum is younger than bitcoin but ethereum is doing great right now. Its price looks good. But we cant say ethereum is greater than bitcoin. Bitcoin created if im not mistaken 2009? And tested by many years. Ethereum is just started at 2014. We'll see that when ethereum atleast at 5-7 years of operation.

I think so. The Etheruem trading volume in the last few weeks were higher than the bitcoin and the price is also higher.

The trading volume of Ethereum has reduced. The trading volume of Monero is the highest of all. It is about 35,000 bitcoin.
16  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: August 06, 2016, 02:55:33 PM
If the bitcoin cannot evolve and solve the block size problem, it will be replaced by more more actively coins.

That could be the reason why the Etherum price has risen so much in the last few weeks. The transaction speed is fast.

you have your monitor upside down, flip it upright

Did you not see the price of the Ethereum rose from 0.013 to 0.019 in the last few days. The bitcoin price also rose.

The ETH price dropped from 0.019 to 0.018 now. The price is still volatile. It needs more investor support.

The price volatility of the ETC or the ETH will continue until at least one of the coin dies or killed by attacks.
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum pump and dump? on: July 24, 2016, 05:58:25 PM
The price of Ethereum is around 0.018 now. It did not drop below 0.017 after the hard fork. That could be a good sign.

It seems the Ethereum price is holding quite well at present. Let us wait and see the price in a few days.
The price is in a gud holding position right now, consolidating for the next leg up.

The problem is that Poloniex also supports the Ethereum Classic. Does it hacker have enough to crash the price?
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum is the future of crypto, bitcoin is not. on: July 09, 2016, 06:15:52 PM
The Ethereum is quite different from other ICO coins. It has the PoW mining. So it has the support from the miners.
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum pump and dump? on: June 24, 2016, 03:04:35 PM
I was shorting my position ... and now the price is bouncing back .. what the hell

Zombie ETH/DAO Apocalypse

I just sold some at 0.019. I am thinking if I should buy them back. I did not short, I just sell my existing holdings.

The highest price of Eth was 0.0235 today. You sold too early. But we cannot predict the price, it could go lower.
We can see on some exchange the ETH price is going up significant. I hold my ETH before sell this I buy if ETH price is in 0.016 and now going to 0.023 wow I like it.

That is quite good. I hope you have made some money. The price is too voliatile, it is very difficult to make money.

The Ethereum price dropped below 0.02 bitcoin now. But that is mainly because the bitcoin dollar price is rising fast.

That is true. The Etheruem price is surprising stable. I am sorry for the people who sold during the recent crash.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Ethereum pump and dump? on: June 19, 2016, 05:47:13 PM
I clearly said it went to the moon and now it's stagnating - I told you:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rhhSB5PFQkY

I think it will go the the moon. But if it arrives there in 10 years, it will stay there. If it arrive there in a year, it will drop back.

Slow up movement is good. The price is consolidating at the moment, it is good for the price rise after halving.

I think the price rise recently is too fast. It looks like a big pump. So maybe a big dump is imminent.

The Etheruem just dropped over 30% in the last day. it is around 0.016 bitcoin now. This is due to the DAO theft.
