That right. But the Ethereum has proved it can revive after the DAO trouble. It has great community support. Both the Ethereum and the Ethereum Classic is alive at the moment. But the Classic might die after the 3.6 million stolen Ethereum dump. |

So we need a consensus. But there is no way to reach 100% consensus. The ETC is 4% of the mining hash of ETH. |

Remember, he was willing to bribe miners that would reject the hard fork. He got a fork he may not have wanted, but the chain that is holding his value is gaining support and may win out in the public eye. So he will get to keep the funds, without paying a cent to any miner. |
