Anyone know how long it usually takes for the coins to show up in your wallet after bit"INSTANT" it is "processed" according to customer service?

Question if anyone knows? I bought my bitcoin yesterday at $19.xx but today the price is $20.xx. It matters because I have to pay a fee in bitcoin prices and now that may not be enough.
So. Does BITINSTANT honor the BTC price at the time we purchased? Thanks!

I sent an email to support yesterday but haven't heard anything back.  Mine is showing "Order execution failed!"

Shouldn't it be using the exchange rate from yesterday at the time I sent the money?  Or am I reading something incorrectly?

Yup! Of course we will honor the price as promised.  Im allocating all the orders that need fees refunded. Give us a few hours to take care of that, Im processing the rest of the orders now.



Yesterday you said my payment was processed but when I check 24 hour later still no funds. And from the postings in this forum, reddit, and other forums it seems that I'm not the only one having this problem. I think we are owed an explanation.
