Transfer seems to have failed as I've not received funds 12ish hours after cash deposit. I'd like any help/support that anyone would be able to offer. Tried the support email but have yet to receive as much as an automated response.

Hey I just registered to post here to get some support. I'm glad I found this!

I made an order last night for 475.00 + 3.95 (ZipZap), and it's coming up as Order Execution Failed. I e-mailed support last night like 2 times and tried to call, but no luck. I'm sorry, but I was worried about my money and this has never happened before using bitinstant (You guys have always been good to me Smiley ). I thought I may have typed in the wrong bitcoin address. I found my order ID in my browser history luckily.

People at CVS SUCK! In their computer system, it tells them to type in the amount WITHOUT the fee. So you tell them $100. ZipZap includes the fee, but the CVS employees think there should be an extra fee from them you must pay. I tried explaining to them that the ZipZap fee is included, but they don't understand this. Go to Walmart.

Yesterday i deposited $500 (503.95 after fee) at my local cvs through moneygram. I have yet to have the coins deposited.

I looked it up and it shows its paid. But i never recieved anything.

Its depressing. I had an important order to make this morning.  Sad

I would think with all these issues there would be an extra effort to resolve them. I used BitInstant because of the "instant" part.   Huh

Help! I sent bitcoins to my e-mail last night and they still haven't shown up. I really need some help as I am new to all of this. Tried e-mailing support, Live chat (twice!), and calling. No help and no bitcoins. I paid cash at CVS around 8pm last night. When I check the status on Bitinstant's website, it says execution failed. I have the confirmation number. I'm hoping to get some help here.

Hi I've sent multiple support emails with no responce what so ever?
I'm confused because it says within 30mins or an hour at most in normal business hours.
I'm really nervous as its been way past that time.
& with no support im really upset.
Hopefully im overreacting

I just tell them that the fee is built into the total amount and there is no separate fee.  They look at me funny for a second, but eventually get it. 

I also prefer to use the red phone at CVS instead of having to fill out the paper forms at Walmart.  I'm always worried that the Walmart employee is going to punch in some wrong number and my money goes somewhere else.

I seen earlier in the above comments from yankee that the quoted price you recieve. You get that amount.
So yea I believe you do get that bitcoin price.
Correct me if im wrong.

I was credited with todays price of $21.1141. Should have been ~$19.75.

So it seems they dont honor the price at time of purchase.
