I found that faucet don't work. I'm trying a new idea withe altcoins where you have a chance to win a big prize and a faucet type of earnings. Hi I need someone to help me with Factom. I still have problems to create a chain and add entries. I run factomd on windows 10 and send curl with php to the wallet. Some commands like entry-credit-balance work but some I get the following errors. Error:Failed to connect to localhost port 8089: Connection refusedbool(false) and string(14) "Page not found" We going to demo a website to a bank next week and I also want to demo the blockchain part.

Is there anyone who use Factom Entry Credits or how to use them. I'm busy with a project and want to use Factom. I’m using PHP so I use the curl function. It seems there is some decoding that I’m not sure of. Like: 'http://localhost:8088/v1/factoid-balance/f6e117ea838cb652e9cfc3b29552d5887800a7ba614df0bd8c13e171eddc5897' - is working and 'http://localhost:8088/v1/factoid-balance/FA2oMzWrkwspnRriJmDvjjiFVfLBzbjUQ28sxgtwvSb3NCytAMnP' - does not work. Is there any example on how to hash a string put it in the factom blockchain retrieve the hash from the factom blockchain.

Most alt coins is not use and is only there for trading and pump and dump and do not have real economic value. There are a lot of coins that are better than bitcoins and a few with real world usages. I want to take one and see if I can give it real value and usages.
