Сделал 2 обмена 1 апреля, по одному перевод пришел, по второму денег до сих пор нет... Сапорт молчит, офлайн... Мой заказ 59536, может админ бывает здесь, потому что так делать переводы и рассчитывать на дальнейшую работу нельзя. До этого все проходило достаточно быстро. По названию темы "самый быстрый обмен" и количеству дней без денег, сами можете понять насколько он быстрый!

I started new order (order ID 58360 and 58355) I send them money, they received the money(It's clearly visible in Order Status) and... absolutely nothing happened since then.
They didn't complete the order, they didn't refund me.
They didn't answer my emails not even once.
They completely ignore my existence.
Entire month passed and my order status is still in "money received" state

Вчера заметил, что обмен BTCE на CARDUSD уже не производится и при переходе по ссылке "Can not be exchanged", но 10 дней назад я обменял btc-e код, попытавшись вывести на MasterCard от Payoneer. Ордер #55893, будет ли он вообще исполнен?
9 дней назад мне ответили, что переводы в течении 1-6 дней исполняются. Время прошло, денег нет, данный тип обмена уже убрали, что будет с моими деньгами?
Напишите, пожалуйста, в тикет другую карту для пополнения. По всей видимости, перевод для пополнения на эту карту не проходит. |

P.S.: Странно, что за 20 раз для хотя бы одного хорошего отзыва места не нашлось, тема создана не исключительно для жалоб. Проблемы иногда бывают, но они всегда решаются.

I have placed order 49712 (BTC-Alfabank) with 24change.com 10 days ago (on February 7th), sending my bitcoins immediately. However I haven't seen any money from 24change.com since then. The order is still frozen at step two (money received).
Last wednesday I was told that there were technical difficulties and that I'd get my money "today-tomorrow". I didn't. This is very frustrating...
