you can buy with debit cards/ online transfer(IMPS/NEFT/RTGS).

for that you should :

1. Have a PAN card

2.Register with any of the exchanges in India( zebpay/unocoin...etc)

3.Get your account fully verified (KYC norms)

i've been asked to pay more than my transaction amount as transaction fee.
