Suggest some ways to buy bitcoins with debitcards or e wallets

I think Unocoin have an option to buy BTC through e-wallet (PayUmoney)... You can also use localbitcoins to buy using e-wallet.

Every exchange like Unocoin, Coinsecure, Zebpay supports bank transfer, you may try that also...

You do not require your credit cards to buy bitcoin in India. All you need to do is register on any of the exchanges in India and then make the online bank payment to their account. So it can be done through NEFT, RTGS or other way like UPI etc and once they receive the funds you can purchase btc from them directly.

for that you should :

1. Have a PAN card

2.Register with any of the exchanges in India( zebpay/unocoin...etc)

Where did you try to buy bitcoins in India? Most of the exchanges like localbitcoin, coinsecure etc and app-based bitcoin service providers like zebpay, unocoin have netbanking facility available with them. There is another webbased portal available for bitcoin and other cryptos (you need to find the announcement thread from this subsection).
You could buy bitcoins via cash as well, there is option on localbitcoin to purchase the coin with cash.

you can buy either from zebpay or unocoin to which i had settlement.to my experience both have good reputation in india.
