Server www sonm.io illegally transferred from initial team to some impostors team just few days before launch of preICO.
MARKETERS for project don't get PAYMENT.
CO-FOUNDERS are being snatched by new fresh team without legit establishing of new team.
Holders of my SONM.io funds, this is just a theft.
Not authorized getting in possession of funds which are not yours (how can you call it?) and then unauthorized dispose of those funds at free will without any proper control.
Not paying employees and co-founders is a scandal image of sonm.io team especially Sergey Ponomarev, Alexey Antonov and Andrey Voronkov former CEO.

Almost half a year ago co-founders start working on PoC drug discovery at home, which was started in general in 2009.
Timetable of changes in whitepaper is outstanding just 2 days before ICO start old whitepaper was replaced with new one.
Team was changed in majority just few days before start of pre-ICO, not everybody was aware of that.
Maybe there were some different www sites depends on which country or IP you are from.
Experienced developers which attracted more than 100BTC of investment were changed just few days before preICO launch to very young and inexperienced team of developers, which are in bigger number to compensate qualifications level. Fear of failure started emerge from that day.

Team cooperation and synergy was a big problem in the team.
From the very beginning the whole project was at risk because of bad management of people, tasks in project and holding work on purpose by Sergey Ponomarev, who wanted the whole project for himself. Shadows of crippled team management.
At some point I was included in telegram channel SONM CORE-developers, without particular reason as in this project I should be responsible for marketing, biz dev and design concept in general, not technical details.
It appeared that Ponomarev is not obligated to do smart contract development because of typo in his agreement.

Here is a crosscheck reference of Ponomarev code done by junior Ethereum developer Max Taldykin.

This code was terrifying at every line and design and way of thinking like someone who want it all at all costs.
After few days, the dispute end-up that Max has created new smart contract and I do additional testing of it, in the meantime, as we already had big delays, mostly because of Ponomarev denies of action on smart contract development and fuss which arises around that.

The fights inside team for domination in project between Andrew and Ponomarev were everyday more and more clear. Even if whole team was cooperating in March, after few potential investment declarations, money on table triggered greed in young inexperienced in development part of team.
Nevertheless after few more delays we set a new date of crowdsale, end of March. It appears that the www server was sabotaged or hacked. The team was replaced not in legit way. Few days later new crowdsale date appears on www site, Andrew gives away project www site under control of Ponomarev’s new team, knowing that they have a lot of obligations for original team for they work as mine documents were base for every whitepaper after 1st:

They even officially kicked some team members, but not me as very cooperative person not looking for argues. I was never mentioned as ex member, ex co-founder, I haven't got termination of agreement. As there would be not base for it with any kind of reasoning.
But whole February and March and even April I was receiving email from CEO about current tasks for me:

I had quite big influence on vision of product which could be very beneficial for customers and investors, right now it is very reduced so that team members would be capable to talk about it and explain it on interviews.
As I value my work and have legal documents to execute my claims as I stated at the beginning I am looking for law local representative and debt collector company with location preferably in Moscow.
I will give up 15% or more I can negotiate the % to give up, at this point the time is essential as they have funds as it is just few days after funds were released after crowdfund.
The three people which can have direct access to funds is definitely Ponomarev as CEO and one more person, most likely among
Alexey Antonov and Vasiliy Ivanov (rebel Salesman)

(As Sergey had so many development visions better than BOINC, which can't even till now they weren't fully transformed to whitepaper, maybe in time visions can be transferred at least to basic documentation )

even so he claims it his own initiative, rest of the team is not even basically aware of that something like law exist in Russia. Maybe stealing toys on playgrounds were their hobby with no consequences, adult real world is little different than WoW or Lineage.
Please give me feedback with propositions as it is very legit and easy to execute case ( I have dozens of emails , agreement, and hundreds of screenshots for evidence for companies which will be initially interested).
It was shocking to me that finally after seeing all good results and in details of my agreement they refuse to payout for job done.
As experienced developers don't control neither 25 neither 58% funds of project there is risk of LISK scenario for it right now or worse, as it is hard to develop code being in jail.
So Investors watch out this project and check if team is arrested or not …. and is it changing more and more or not. Next month maybe new team will be in sonm. Better make screenshots right now and download whitepaper, because it can change 24 h before crowdfunding start and all recessions and interviews on network will be outdated.
